Giovanni is a great dancer and he obviously has a lot of confidence in Georgia, but he needs to be careful he doesn't overshadow her. It's about showcasing the celebrity's talent to the best effect.

They're simply pivots from a turning basic. I would look up videos on pivots in ballroom rather than jive specifically.
