Can anyone tell me the procedures and commands given when jumping? I'm trying to write a book that starts with an unexpected emergency jump, due to incoming enemy planes, during a routine training exercise for national guardsmen, that turns into a fight for their lives, against an invading army.

My first jump is monday of next week, i just did the slt and tomorrow we get to practice mass exits out of the tower, i have to say its way easier than i thought airborne school would be im terrified of heights but they drill the hit it exercise into us so much i jumped from the tower and got a satisfactory exit, i can only hope when i do it for real its the same deal
