Just loving on Ghana, greetings from Ja.
Aww brilliant thanks for watching
I really like the thickness of your front columns. It adds some level of swag to the building
Thanks we ❤️ our feature columns ! We had jokes about these in our earlier videos and the amount of cements lol
I'm impressed by your block work every time i see it.
❤️
I am a Black American man, building a four-story apartment building in Accra, Ghana.
I have always had this strong propensity to visit the African Continent in 2020. I wanted to see and experience it for myself. Something deep within the vaults of my heart was tugging at my desire to visit the motherland and create my own memories.
Having said that, I started my project in April of 2022 and I anticipate completing it in April of 2024.
I return back to my hometown of Columbus, Ohio in December 2023 because of my multiple family emergencies.
I am going to start my MAGA UA-cam Channel (MAGA = Make Africa Great Again) in the near or immediate future. I will discuss my experiences in East Africa (Kenya) and West Africa (Ghana) ... the Channel will focus on building a business as well as a home in Africa.
I have plenty of new content, Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to update my page with the latest updates or videos - things are on pause at the moment because of the various "Time Constraints" I am under as a direct result of dealing with my various family emergencies.
Wish you all the best. May the Most High bless and keep you.
Please make sure your land is registered. Yes you have indenture but you need to register the land.
@@tmobiletemp9832Very true my friend...most folks don't know this unfortunately.
Thank you for sharing Prince and Nikki 👏
Your welcome thanks for watching
Thanks for the update guys
Your welcome it’s all coming together now 😃 thanks for sticking it out with us on our journey
Your block work looks like a commercial grade building
❤️
Please can I get the number of the company that rent the mental slaps you used for your decking ?
IS YOUR LAND REGISTERED IN THE NATIONAL COMPUTER ? IT IS THE MOST DIFFICULT AND LENGTHY PART OF THE DOCUMENTATION PROCESS. YOU CAN HAVE YOUR INDENTURE EASILY BUT YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THE LAST PART OF THE DOCUMENTATION IS DONE WHICH IS THE REGISTRATION.
Yes you are correct the first thing you do it get the land registered. We did a video on this previously. Our land is all registered and in the national computer. It’s a slow process but essential.
Apparently running the cable pipes from top down cost a fortune compared to running them down with scridding on top.
Not really. All required is proper planning and coordination to ensure that cables are dropped at the right locations. Thanks
it absolutely boggles my mind, how they don't use roof decking boards on the roofs. But it looks good. i wonder if birds can get in the roofs.
Yes it will be completed will suffix and all closed off as part of the upcoming works on site. Thanks for watching.
Not bad, not bad at all....
Thank you 😃
Nikki and Prince did you guys use hollow blocks anywhere in your structure?
No
Is this a foundation for a three storey building?
No.
