This arrangement perfectly replicates that sense of drunken self awareness that this song communicates so well. The "angel's hoofs" is one of my favourite images in his songs.
I heard an alternate version of this some time back and i can't find it. It was a bit faster, and maybe had a casio keyboard type of accompaniment. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I can't find it, but I know it exists!
