yes I do I use that for many of my drain exavations and its extremly easy to manover in tight places I would by 5 more for my company if I had the money but every one has there own opinion with things!.
I agree with bobcats quality it's as though they gave up on quality control after doosan purchased the brand I have operated a few of there newer excavators and they honestly are not half as good as everything else on the market kubota yanmah cat and kobelco are the top mini excavators in my 2 cents opinion
Is the Cat loader down on breakout force? Not criticizing you using the excavator to stockpile the fill at all. Just wondering why the loader couldn't dig it on its own.
+Layth Grangaard digging into compacted earth is difficult, i've tried doing it with a larger loader at one point, takes much less time to just loosen it first
That's the way .... 2 machines = 2 rates happy days ..... Not sure about Cat in The UK.... They built by Neuson and although they are fast they not the same as US counterpart
A good tooth bucket for the 289 would make things a lot easier. I run equipment on the west coast of Canada and it is so dry and dusty right now that what you were doing would be impossible here right now. Even being careful, I have to clean the rad and air filter DAILY.
Dirt Ninja I run a 2006 Cat 302.5 and love it, smooth and strong. I am not sold on Cat skid-steers or track loaders yet, still have 3 Bobcats. Strange how I dig all day then come home and watch you and "letsdig18" do the same thing.
+Freddie Blanton I think Bobcat used to make the best equipment. However I feel like their quality has been going down hill ever since they were purchased by Doosan. The new M series skids are awful in my opinion. Noting but problems at least around me. I leased a T750 2 summers ago and hated it. Cats have the nicest cab by far in the industry in my opinion. Super comfortable and quiet. They are just a much better made and well thought out machine in my opinion. We were a Bobcat customer for over 30 years.
Greg O'Brien The 305.5? Yes I was. I was just trying to go as fast as possible to get material piled up so smoothness was not the goal. In all honesty the 305.5 is the smoothest excavator I have ever operated. Its very very nice.
+hayden lancaster Do you have a new M series Bobcat? We had Bobcats for 30 years. Great machines up till the M series came out. The quality has really gone down hill. The older machines were great. We still have a 2006 Bobcat A300
Really enjoy the videos. I have my own small excavating company and we use an all Cat fleet. Check out my channel if you get a chance. Video quality is not as good but you might enjoy the effort. You should get a commission from my salesman because you are selling me on that 305 btw. If you can let me know what you think!
Earthscaper Thanks for watching! Nice channel. Wish I had a 316. Send me a private message on Facebook (link in description) and Id be happy to tell you what I like and dont like in depth about the 305.5
you need a toothed bucket for the skid steer. In my honest opinion cat makes the best skid steers on the market today

Two caterpillar mini machines working as a team

where I work, we would get yelled at for moving the material twice like that lol. But hey, it looks good on the video
419friedtoast haha thanks

Looks like mixing soil for sale!
When are you going to make a review?
JD Gator I am editing the 289 review as I type this! It will be the next video up

Keri Jones The smaller mini's are Neuson but mine is not. Its actually made in the US in Georgia
I might have asked this question before but are you operating John Deere or caterpillar controls?
Operator9010 John Deere

MrDugbo171 Wow yea thats bad. Yea a tooth bucket would help. I had the other machine on site anyways to remove stumps thats why I was using it.

MrDugbo171 haha, i watch his videos too. Try out a Cat skid/CTL you will like it. A lot better than the new Bobcats
Why did you make the move to CAT equipment? I have run them all and feel like the Bobcat is by far the best. Give me your honest thoughts. Thanks.

Kathy Moses No just making a persons backyard bigger and more level.
oh ok you do grate work man
I dunno if it was you on the 360 but you seem to be jerkier than you did on the bobcat
