Stanford Lecturer + Arabology Radio Host Dr. Ramzi Salti interviews the late Jordanian writer/thinker/philosopher Maher Salameh (who passed away in 2022) about his book "Charisma Code" which was first published in Arabic, then in an English translation in 2022 (available on Amazon).
    About the book "Charisma Code":
How do we become universal leaders? What can we do to foster a healthy cross-cultural civil society which moves towards accepting "otherness"? How can the Arab intellectual new context feed our consciousness with awareness and confidence? How can we develop in multicultural workplace, in society, and in our personal lives? Charisma Code treats these subjects thoughtfully, offering a vision of leadership and knowledge which formal schooling does not impart to us, and which parents have not articulated. But this isn't simply a passive guide: in Charisma Code, dialogues, quizzes, and reflective questions give you the chance to really grapple with important ideas about personal, civil, and career development. Each chapter introduces a selection of suggested movies to accompany the ideas it presents. The path to development is through soft and daily practical philosophical knowledge and intelligent effort. Charisma Code sets out a series of ideas and exercises which can make this possible for every reader.
