If this happened today, Beyoncé and Kelly would have been canceled just as how people rooted for Naturi when she left 3LW. LeToya and LaTavia were kicked out of the group without their knowledge. Farrah was uncomfortable because she just had to follow and show up. It was basically how it was for LeToya and LaTavia but far worse, because she was a new member. Imagine if the depression got to them the same way it happened to Florence Ballard of The Supremes. Beyoncé was as lucky or if not luckier than Diana Ross that people will not remember the things they did to their band mates. This is the main reason why they gave Michelle solos since it was so evident how there was no actual group dynamic in Destiny's Child.

Actually, those are edited parts. Farrah left during the Chicago taping during the time the remaining members were at the radio interview. This is the time Farrah needed to go home because her family had issues, but she had only one day off and they basically told her that She can go without a luggage so she will not miss her flight. However, during the time her luggage will come back home, they will be at tour. They literally bullied her, made her leave hospital and confronted her about it by screaming at her, so she left. So the management had all of this edited to appear as if she was irresponsible...

You can tell Bey and Kelly were the closest and ginuinely liked eachother on a sisterly level. Michelle was just nice and liked everyone so LEARNED how to like beyonce but not the same way as kelly and bey were always friends Farrah wasnt enthusiasts about showing fake excitement. Maybe Farrah is just more of an introverted personality and maybe there were other things going on that was making her feel uncomfortable. I mean if you remember literally DC popped up with these 2 new members out of no where in the middle of the promotion of an album. All of this was very quickly done to try to minimize the damage to the group's image. She was thrust into a situation that she probably was not mentally prepared for and was uncomfortable. She didn't have time to catch up and they didn't have time to slow slow down for her to adjust. Michelle either dealt with it better or was better at hiding it. I don't think they were necessarily rude to her. They had an established money making machine that they were trying to keep going and she just wasn't adjusting quick enough so they had to let her go. In the grand scheme of things she missed out on making a significant amount of money but she was just going to be another background prop. I love DC and Beyonce but this group was literally built for her by her father as the manager. She was groomed to be the face and breakout star.

I see through it all. Beyoncé knew that Farrah didn’t like her/how she lead the group. Farrah tried to get one of the girls (likely it was Michelle) on her side but their loyalty was with Beyoncé. When Beyoncé seen that Farrah Iil coup wasn’t working, she went on the offense. How? She initiated group activities (like this singing in the limo) to make Farrah feel isolated and excluded- which wore on her emotions. This was very passive aggressive imo. But that’s what happens when you try to cross the lead. See, they wanted four girls, but I think they realized that everytime they added a fourth person, there was a power struggle. I see wrong on all parties sides. They all played that passive aggressive game against Farrah- and Farrah not innocent. If she would have got the chance, she would have tried to do the same to Beyoncé.

I think the real problem was that Farrah was strikingly beautiful and you can’t have one stand.out over the LEAD! Even if she couldn’t sing as well as Beyoncé people would have gravitated toward Farrah because she was prettier than Beyoncé so… of course Matthew and Beyoncé AND Kelly made her feel uncomfortable, that was on purpose! Think about it, Latoya and Farrah were gorgeous and prettier than Beyonce. Michelle with her non-singing self was just happy to have a gig! So nobody cared for her but then Kelly and Bey grew up together, and she’s pretty too but… she didn’t peak her looks until long AFTER DC and Beyonce and several albums, so where does the loyalty lie? They knew what they were doing. But the others just looked like her puppets..

they were their best with the originals. the vocals were better. they could all get the dance moves. they were childhood friends.. no shade to michielle. she has a beautiful spirit and can sing. She did what she was told.. farrah, not sure how she made it in when she couldn’t even sing. i believe they were being fake for the cameras. beyoncé definitely didn’t like farrah so would give her attitude and cares none about her being sick. michielle has spoken on how matthew didn’t care about her when she was feeling depressed. when you speak up, you get fired.

you know, i think that's what burns artists down in the end....it's not the recording process, or the live shows touring.....what's insane is ,when you have to spoend weeks doing these crazy schedules, where you are the whole day with people, always having to smile,always responding to questions, always having to look your best from day to night ,doing inzterviews ,taking pjhotos...man this would be exhausting ......the promotion process, that0s what's not that natural to me
