Found you through your new DayZ content because that’s what I mainly play - have watched most of your isle stuff too even though I’ve never played it. You’re an amazing creator and story teller bro keep it up 💪 Glad to see a fellow Aussie doing so well 🇦🇺
The best thing about your videos is your narrative voice, with the perfect sense of despair and dry humour. "like a rabied dog she had to be put down", "he won't be needing these bandages now hes deceased", and treating it as if its real, "the helicopter crew were all infected". It brings a lot more immersion seeing you go on your journey and describe your thoughts and feelings as if its really happening. This is why yours are so good, when the other youtubers start laughing or joking around it makes it less serious. Yours is like being read a storybook we love it.
Yeah! I camp under the bridges during rain, and all the time! you can use any sort of un-enclosed overhang to cover your fire. Those sheds out back some of the houses with the little overhang next to them is one of my favourites for clear weather, and the giant warehouses are the best choice for extremely stormy weather, but a bridge can conceal your fire quite nicely!
dude I love seeing newer players uploading like this. seeing you with the same starry-eyed look that I had years ago really brings me back. you got my sub, buddy.
This video was awesome! The mine jumpscare made me jump out of my seat, and the climax was you defending yourself against wolves and zombies alike on only a sliver of health. This has to be one of my favorite videos of yours so far in DayZ. Keep up the good work!
at 27:24 of the video, it was special scene of events, it looked like a movie scene with a survival aspect, fighting for your life against the odds that are in your way. beautiful. and the scenery as well with the night vison looked beautiful and amazing. owl time you surely do know how to make amazing content that looks like a movie. great content as always.
my first DayZ kill was taking out a semi geared guy with a frying pan in the cherno PD... I ran in through the back entrance - heard a dude reloading mags upstairs and then tried to make it sound like i had shut the door behind me and ran off... but really i just closed the door - took off my shoes and hid in complete silence - it was getting dark... I didn't move an inch except to piut the frying pan in my hand... i must have waited 5 minutes for him to dick around in his inventory, eat, run around... finally he came down and i stun locked him with the frying pan... my hands wouldn't stop shaking from the adrenalin... and i scored an SVAL, press vest and a bunch of mags... MKII, loads of 22, a couple of good knives, food, bandages and a canteen... I kept that character alive for a couple of weeks
the military base is staticly gased, like the ship in Berezino. Great loot tho Some small tips: Quickly looting bodies is one of the major skills to learn in DayZ, double click does the trick with quickly moving loot between the body and your inventory. c4 doesnt trigger without your input from the transmitter. You can add a trip wire which triggers it tho.
Good to see you're making vanilla dayz video's now. Most content is modded dayz. Mod's often turn it into a shooter instead of a survival game. I like the survival experience better. Maybe you can play a vanilla community server instead. Then maybe you can do some base building without having to deal with hackers.
Absolutely gorgeous! Insta like, although a good way to improve the quality of your video is add some ambience make you feel on edge and when a player ambushes you make sure they also jump the viewers!
Took a lil break from tarkov as I have been playing since 2017 little over 13k hours was time for a break this wipe will be short so what better time then to play dayz I commend u fellas who play official vanilla myself I get bored so I play heavily modded pvp servers jugs n tappers galore the game play u give is top notch my friend thank you for sharing you're journeys in the long lost waste land dayz
Love your stuff man! I hope you see this and know you make a difference in people’s lives! It’s always nice to wind down and watch your stuff after a long day.
I am so loving watching you play DayZ I'm not always in the mood for playing it, but when I am, something memorable always happens. Glad you're enjoying yourself with it!
THX mate! always nice stuff... like a realy good Goodnight-Story. the calm way you talk.... i REALY like the style how you make your Videos!! the Isle Videos.... bruh full 10 from 10 and now thoes DayZ Videos... pls keep it up... you can make it BIG with this kind of content. wish you only the best for fututre💪💪💪💪
Honestly I'm loving the DayZ content! I love watching DayZ in general, it satisfies the part of me itching to go on adventure and tbh the more I watch, the more I want to play myself. And your calm narration just enhances the Charme of the game to me, so keep up the good work c:
Hope we still get to see the rest of that story that you started at the end. I know your DayZ vids don't get nearly the views as your Dino vids but I still think they just go so well with your storytelling and editing style. I've never been so entertained and immersed watching someone run around in DayZ before, even the usually boring stuff like cooking and hunting lol.
Love your videos and style of narrating. I don't even particularly enjoy any of the games you play, but the stories you create around them make it very interesting to watch. Keep it up
Love the dayz content, little trick for your boxing, holding Literally anything does more damage than your fists.I like to have a can of beans for beatdowns(if you can afford to sacrifice the food or just save the smallest amount out of it so it’s basically empty)
I love watching you play any game... But especially Day Z and of course the Isle.... Can't wait to see you roaming around gateway as a dilo or something 😁
There are normal streamers. Yelling profanities, at God knows who. Doing it live and drinking their sponsored drinks. Then there are content creators like You, Nezar, Fisk, Chadoy and Fooster. The only comparison is the fact you're both playing games. Other than that you guys show a level of editing and commentary that is unique to the Era. You guys are pioneers into the possibilities of video game content creation. A form of dynamic storytelling that cannot be replicated from video to video.
"I know how to make a splint now a days at least" lol i remember watching that other video when you broke your leg in Tisy by those tents, funny moment and happy to see you back at it ^.^ Just some advice btw when you do have a broken leg if you press "left ctrl" twice your character will "walk" but not "jog" which in this case you can actually walk on a broken leg without going uncon.
Some tips: don’t worry about the bullets condition, the only thing you have to worry about is mags and the gun itself. Secondly don’t walk through open fields like you did after the heli crash. Also the lemas you found is the best close range assault rifle, maybe even better than the m4
Man those mines are brutal. Didn't even take a bleed from it, just basically all of your health lol. I'm just starting out, so I learn a lot from you. Great content man very entertaining!
Yes, everything you do in Dayz is an investment in time 😂. Good stuff. Great narration. Constructive Criticism: Increase your brightness On the night segments. Not a hundred Just enough to give The audience a glimpse. 🙏💪🇨🇦
29:18 "Look son: bein' a good shot, bein' quick with a pistol, that don't do no harm. But it don't mean much next to bein' cool-headed. A man who will keep his head and not get rattled under fire, like as not he'll kill ya." - "Little" Bill Daggett, Unforgiven
Love Your Content Bro, One thing which is a critic I think you can build from, you could put some captions into your videos, it would make the video even more entertaining, more digestable, and overall more aesthetically pleasing, it looks good when you have theese scenes and put captions there.
As another person said: it's very cool to see newer players uploading. But here's some tips from a veteran. 1. Don't shoot zombies unless absolutely necessary. Every newer player does it, don't worry about it, but it's just a waste of ammo and gives your position away. 2. Learn the map. There's an app called IZurvive that taught me the map when I was newer. 3. As a freshie conserve food and water. I reccomend not sprinting at all till you have a steady food and water supply. 4. Always double tap, especially if you arent sure. If they fall down, shoot em again just to he sure. Can never be too careful with players. 4. Try first person only servers. The hard-core experience makes every turn of your head a life or death choice in pvp situations. Once you master that, you'll find other servers much easier. 5. Organize your inventory. Other than that you did really good. Your aim is incredible, even when compared to most veteran players. Keep up the good work.
I’ve always found the filter that thegamingbeaver puts on his the isle vids is quite helpful during nighttime it’s like a brightness filter for games that’s night time is super dark like dayZ and the isle I thought it would be nicer to watch when it’s night ingame if u had a filter to help see a bit since my phone was at max brightness but I could still hardly see
Should try fishing for a steady food supply. You can make fishing hooks with bones. I always keep some fishing hooks and a rope on me so i can fish when i run low on food.
Welcome to DayZ. Just a quick tip; Don't wear the visor with the combat helmet. It provides no extra protection but makes you more visible to other players as it reflects light. Have fun! 😊
I wonder if you checked the 3 crates under the bush at 14:51 you were busy killing a couple players and i think you may have missed them. i think those players you killed were stashing when you found them.
While I love your Isle and Animalia vids, watching you play this just hits my love for apocalyptic stories, which are becoming few and far between lately.
You missed the supply cache in the tree when you had that 1v2 in the woods outside the airfield! It was two crates clipping through each other in an X. God knows what could have been in there! haha.
Dont put the mine on right on the inside/outside of the doorway. Put it slightly to the left or right of the door, that way they are way less likley to spot it. And its way more fun when they do step on it. JackFrags falls for it every time.
Enjoy friends!🍻
Can you play gateway
Thank u for this awsome content. ❣❣
Hello🎉
Will do! 🎉
Always man ;)
Love your chanel!!!
Found you through your new DayZ content because that’s what I mainly play - have watched most of your isle stuff too even though I’ve never played it. You’re an amazing creator and story teller bro keep it up 💪 Glad to see a fellow Aussie doing so well 🇦🇺
If you love Day Z stories I’ve started a series up just now you might like!
I’m not sure if you looked in them off camera, but there was a big stash of crates in the bushes at 14:50
i saw that too was seeing if anyone had commented lol
Same lol

These dayZ videos are by far my favourite the atmosphere and how much you seem to genuinely enjoy them is wonderful!
You know I’ve been struggling to find videos that make me laugh and keep me entertained. It’s like a Hollywood Movie. Great job.
Yeah! I camp under the bridges during rain, and all the time! you can use any sort of un-enclosed overhang to cover your fire. Owl time giving great cinematic stories every time he uploads. Keep spreading those epic experiences man!
I didn't think I'd enjoy you as a HUMAN survivor yet here I am, thoroughly entertained. Good stuff, right here.
Amazing content as always legend 😁 haven’t been on DayZ in awhile definitely gonna get back on it after this 😁
thanks jay!
Love your work mate. Official is king! ❤
“The dude tried to kill me if a frying pan” Rapunzel that you?!

I will never tire of the way you introduce your adventures like a story being told rather than a game being played.
I’m so glad I found you! Such great content ❤️

Not sure why I didn’t bloody look at the other content other than the isle, Wow, I was missing out big time. Fantastic job!🎉

Was most definitely a banger my man, really enjoyed watchibg and im glad you enjoyed the game too 🙌🙏
thanks Rex!
O: I love your days vids the cannibal 1 was amazing. Hunting for fresh spawns!!! 😂
Love your videos and style of narrating. I don't even particularly enjoy any of the games you play, but the stories you create around them make it very interesting to watch. Keep it up
Another great video!
Loving the diversity of content. I found your isle videos and am loving some alternative videos. Much love from QLD my guy.
Great vid ! Remember you can switch objects in your inventory from vertical to horizontal and vice versa :)

This is a good series. Love the narration and documentary aspect your videos bring.
We need to see that next part 😮😮
Beautiful :)
Games like these get the adrenaline pumping

Yup. Last time I got landmined it was in that same small bunker at the back entrance to tisy.
Super excited to see what this story has in store Brotha. Hope you are doing well
Really enjoy your videos mate. Fellow Aussie here from Queensland
How did i just find this channel!?! Loved it
Yes, everything you do in Dayz is an investment in time 😂. Good stuff. Great narration. Constructive Criticism: Increase your brightness On the night segments.

I’ve always found the filter that thegamingbeaver puts on his the isle vids is quite helpful during nighttime it’s like a brightness filter for games that’s night time is super dark like dayZ and the isle I thought it would be nicer to watch when it’s night ingame if u had a filter to help see a bit since my phone was at max brightness but I could still hardly see
Modded servers bud, loved this.
You missed their stash! You ran right past their stash of crates. Great vid mate.
Crackin good as always
🙌
Great adventure! Thanks for sharing.
Bro, you play as long as its fun to you, crosshair or not, yoo are awesome & we will keep enjoying ur content as long as you enjoy playing it
Should try fishing for a steady food supply.
You can make fishing hooks with bones.
I always keep some fishing hooks and a rope on me so i can fish when i run low on food.

👍
Just subscribed! Nice video man.
Try playing the rust game, it looks like it's very suitable for you and there are lots of fans
Keep it up Owl! Appreciate someone who puts love and dedication into videos so both of us can enjoy our time spent! :D
I wonder if you checked the 3 crates under the bush at 14:51 you were busy killing a couple players and i think you may have missed them. i think those players you killed were stashing when you found them.
Perfect, dayz episode!
Commenting to help the algorithm :)
Those 2 guys you killed at the airfield had all of their loot in some crates hiding in some bushes. Can’t believe you missed those 😅
I was just about to make the same comment.
More DayZ videos thank you mate ❤
Regardless of your opinion on DayZ, the PVP hits different
While I love your Isle and Animalia vids, watching you play this just hits my love for apocalyptic stories, which are becoming few and far between lately.
loving the dayz videos
NVGs only spawn in helli crashes on official bud, very well done video!
I was going to ask where the wolves were but then the wolves came. That was one of the most tense wolf attacks I've seen
14:50 you missed the ammo containers hidden in the tree thickets.
Do realy like the style of ur movies m8👍
lmfao bro the blood spot on the screen made me think my monitor was messed up (4k 240hz)
You missed the supply cache in the tree when you had that 1v2 in the woods outside the airfield! It was two crates clipping through each other in an X. God knows what could have been in there! haha.
i cant wait to get this game

Loveee from Philippines❤️🇵🇭
The IV from one of the dead players would have hydrated you and helped with the water situation.
a what a great Game
love ur Vids
Man I got excited thinking the splash was the in-game visuals
