So... I know the Sonic fandom is weird as hell, but, the fact that somebody one day woke up and said, "This is a good idea" and then made this, with the same passion and care that Christian Whitehead made Mania scares me. Like, LOOK AT THOSE ANIMATIONS, THEY'RE WELL DONE!

I've played the mod, and holy shit he replaced every single sprite for Knuckles, even the ones in the Encore ending. The creator may be a fat fetishist on DeviantArt, but damn the effort put into this is astounding!

a few years later I’m still impressed with the fact someone took the time to make high quality sprites of fat Amy for a sonic mania mod and even replaced every single animation

The Sprite work and goofy animations are actually enjoyable to watch, although this also makes me uncomfortable for the reason I stated above, I would of been ok with this with any Sonic character over the age of 18.

If there was Any Story behind This Mod, I think it would go something like This: When Amy got hit by the Phantom Ruby at the beginning of this game, it somehow warped the Space around her body, causing her Outer Mass to expand so she would become Super Fat, but strangely enough didn't effect her Inner Mass so that despite becoming Fatter, she didn't actually Gain Any Extra Weight, so she was still as lite & fast as she was before this happened, so now she must defeat those Heavies & use the Phantom Ruby's power to return herself back to normal.
