- This sawmill line includes double chipper canters, quad & double vertical band saws. Production capacities are up
to 300-500 m3 of logs/8 h shift. Positioning of blades is carried out through scanning of logs and automatic optimization for
best recovery. Edging is done with the VRA 40 OF optimised edger for edging of up to 40 boards/min. Cants are
further re-sawn with a double head RS 1300 resawing line, with a full run around system.
Линия, конечно, фантастическая))) Но и такой же переизбыток, как не крути много холостого. А если случится 2 дня простоя или неделька.... Но, в целом, это высочайший уровень.
работал на таком, на х.х.затраты конечно есть, но они перекрываются обьёмами распиленной продукции. А про простои , это правильно заметили, стоит сломаться одному вспомогательному конвееру, и останавливается весь завод. А если пилит без остановок, то склад с кругляком не успевает разгружать лес, либо не успевают перерабатывать отходы: опилку-обзол, и опять остановка всего завода. Да и с малыми обьёмами кругляка на нём не выгодно пилить, и людей отправляют нахер.

Hmmm, each one of those saw heads is at least $250k. There were 3 gangs of four? Plus the edgers? The building is probably cool million with the pad that is required. I bet you could set that entire operation up for under $10 million, US. And that includes the heavy haulers to feed it.

Why does it run so slow?? I worked in a sawmill which did a log every 10sec
A sawmill is always dedsigned according to the logs availability. Surely it respond to the log supply they have
can the forests keep up?...wow
For every tree they cut down, they have to plant 5 more. Some of the material/tree's they get are also cut down from fire breaks in forest, that way if there is a fire, it can only burn so much and not an entire forest.
The days of coming in a cutting down an entire forest like they did back in the 1800 and 1900's is over.
Developing countries forest were.cleaned toward.deserts...n yet they all do not realised

looks very nice but I can do math and what I see is a operation that requires to much man power and a lot of capital to set up. this set up would have to run smoothly for a really long time before its put the original investment back into your pocket
