Came out great! Would love to know how it would look with the top molding line going all the way across that top little lip like you mentioned. Maybe using black electrical tape to get an idea without actually painting it?
I sorta thought about it but at the same time was like, eh it won’t be bad. It definitely has attacked my doors lol. I threw some clear 3m vinyl over the edge of the door to help it stop chipping maybe BUT it’s my race car as mentioned. It’s a hard a battle keeping it clean in certain ways
eBay have metal flares I have some in my CRX on rear 2.75 wide she look beautiful old school style fade paint on a mini me on Weber carb better spring and retainers 272 Delta cam regrind lighter flywheel and gd clutch kit and header p08-3 head y8 head gasket and others old school knowledge she sounds tuff and look tuff like a old muscle ford car on stops lights gas station but silence when she is running jjjj she do 100 easy on 3 gear CCR born in the byouooooo old school style.Seems like people love her from all ages special females jjjj she is fast for a little d series engine gd on gas and cheap to maintenance I custom everything else from junkyards parts from spoiler to front air dam she looks old school but her sound make her bigger beauty sound dp lion sound

I will probably repaint it in the winter time and I can give it a whirl. At the moment I love the look
looks awsome that fender! only thing i would worry about are the stones blowing up against the doors. But i guess your using it for racing on track?

I like the paint but you probably want to vinyl wrap the cutout. The paint is going to be beat up. Looks great though.
