Yeah its been 7 months and trying to affirm, robotically affirm, work on self concept, crying and "persisting" has been exhausting, makes me feel crazy. You literally described me in this video. I'm going to practice this way.
I did the effort forcing affirmations etc way for the last three years andmy life is worse than it's ever been. I'm completely full of fear, doubt and anxiety and now the second I think of something I want I have this huge sinking depressing feeling. All that stuff and those YT coaches have completely ruined my life. I'm so thankful to have found your channel...I am slowly able to start relaxing and feeling a bit of hope. I've become absolutely terrified from all that effort and I am too scared to fully relax and accept the things I want. I feel like I'm holding onto fear for dear life. I'm slowly removing all the walls in my mind since watching your channel but it's a real process after all the damage I've done from obsessively affirming and forcing states and effort etc
I can relate. The techniques just made me feel more obsessed, in lack and desperate. If we had what we desire, we wouldn’t be affirming, visualising etc. If it works for someone, that’s great but no technique has ever worked for me, except knowing that creation is finished and reminding myself of that. It all that I do now. 🌸
I'm in camp emotions & feelings and reached the conclusion that people are getting results with robotic affirming is because 1) they're consistently returning to their wish fulfilled (thinking in their favour, as opposed to thinking some random bs), 2) at some point, perhaps without their knowing, they start to embody the state (unless they're focusing on lack all the time of course)
"Construct a sentence which implies the fulfillment of your aim, such as "I have a large, steady, dependable income, consistent with integrity and mutual benefit", or "I am happily married", "I am wanted", "I am contributing to the good of the world", and repeat such a sentence over and over until you are inwardly affected by it. "Repeating an affirmation, knowing what you are saying and why you are saying it, leads the mind to that state of consciousness where it accepts that which you state as true. Keep on affirming the truths of life until you get the subconscious reaction, which satisfies." The Power of Your Subconscious Mind, Chapter 6 The more you repeat something, the more you believe it. The shift/feelings comes automatically. People always just take one or two sentences out of the many books that NG wrote. Emile Coué is called the father of auto suggestion, his famous affirmations was " every day in every way I´m getting better and better. He told people the don´t have to focus on the words, just say it 20 times in the morning and 20 times in the evening. Also, how does hypnosis work without "feeling" or Sleep tapes?
I agree with you because I know what it feels like to be efforting manifestation for years with no results. It’s depressing af. But tbh, I’m not sure I can do it the way you do. I can force myself to affirm, but I can’t make myself feel differently or fulfilled on command. Like the way you talk about accepting and imagining, I don’t know how to do that. It’s like jumping vs levitating. Sure jumping takes effort, but I can’t levitate. So even though I don’t fully believe in robotic affirming, it is at least doable… changing my perspective works sometimes too, though it takes more effort for me because it’s usually a result of lengthy journaling and looking for the space to shift how I see/interpret smt.
Out of curiosity. Have you read any ‘source material’ or is your learning majority from UA-cam/social media? If it’s the latter, invest in some books as understanding makes everything simpler to accept and understand. You 100% can do what I do as I’m not special or better than anyone else. I simply accepted what I read and stayed away from garbage teachings and focused on the greats and this my life is great. A little bit of application a day becomes a mountain of results in the future.
I think you’re thinking too deep into it tbh. It used to confuse me about states as well but now I understand it because I understand the power of *now*. Basically, it is all about being in the *moment*, you don’t have to hold onto fulfillment for a long period of time, which is what I’m assuming you think you have to do. Can you truly accept that the moment, a literal second that you think of your desire, knowing that there’s infinite realities, is yours? That is literally all it takes, and Michael explains this same thing in basically every one of his videos. Just accept the simple fact that you have your desire in that split second, and do that every time you think of it, no need to hold onto fulfillment any longer than that. But just make sure you aren’t returning to lack after, you can be neutral, but not lack, fulfill yourself as many times throughout the day as you need to, also while understanding the 3D WILL conform. And that, my friend, is fulfillment
Vain affirmations might work for some people to “get their desire” but most of them lose it because they stop affirming as soon as they have it. Who wants to affirm all day?! That’s not the life we’re supposed to live.
For me your way is the best one! Robotically affirming ia bad for my mental health! It just makes me anxious! I prefer to just everytime I think about it just embody the state as you do and know that I will have it just for fun and make myself happy is way better than just affirmations 😞
Same. It‘s funny actually but personally, I never had success with techniques like affirming, robotically affirming, visualising (in a forced way), scripting,… all it has ever done for me was increase my anxiety levels, make me feel obsessed and not being in control. Since so many coaches say you just need to put in more effort, persist, persist and persist and flip your thoughts all the time, I tried even harder. No success though. It‘s been such a rabbit hole and it almost felt like an addiction to consume content and feeling like you have to put in even more effort. I‘m feeling crap. From now on, I‘ll try and prioritise staying calm, thinking positive thoughts in a natural (!) way when I can, and try to be more in flow. Because from my experience, resisting the urge to put effort into your desires, actually attracts them more! So telling myself that there’s nothing for me to do, has done much more for me in the past than any sort oft technique.
Isn’t it wonderful. Thank you it is done. Say this at the end of your visualization when you are in the state of believing what you want is done. Then when you say this affirmation it takes you back you what you want fulfilled.

Yep! It’s impossible to know the Law from proper studying and application and then agree with a lot of what’s out there. Anyone who reads a couple books and absorbs the information will know right away who actually has studied the Law on a serious level vs who is regurgitating from others who haven’t. This stuff is too damn simple and fun to want to make it a hard process when you know the simplicity and beauty of the Law 🙏

Something I realized, it's important to know what are your belief about yourself of not having what you want . If you feel like a loser bum for not having money, you can affirm and visualize but if that loser bum feeling lingers, it keeps your reality of not having any money cause for u not having money= loser bum. It's easier to not waver and let go of something we don't like if we our not defined by it. It sounds like common sense but for me it's just🤯🤯 😅

It cannot become natural unless you are aware of the state you prefer to experience right? So yes, you can manifest by returning to a state as the state has its own set of beliefs that are within it and as Neville and others teach. It's about returning to a state that makes it natural and that includes the new beliefs. This is why the whole concept of "I have to work on my self concept first before manifesting my desires" is one that comes from lack of knowledge.
I think that's a band-aid approach and doesn't really get to the core of the issue as to why you even have to run away from your thoughts to begin with personally. It's why I do not tell people to do techniques to escape bad states although people can if it comes natural to them but often, people do it to temporarily feel better but the bad keeps returning and it's a never ending battle for most people I work with and when I explain to them what they should be doing in great detail, they realize they have been giving themselves extra work for no reason. Also keep in mind that you can think thoughts all day but if you feel the opposite of the good thoughts, your feeling (knowing/conviction etc) will be what manifests as Neville teaches that feeling will always be the victor over imagination since you can only feel what you believe and what you believe is what reflects, not what you think of blindly while feeling its opposite. A thought is a thought until you give it life via your awareness/acceptance.

That's great! As long as the end result is being aware of being the one who has it even if it's just for a split second then that is perfect. The state is the priority and there's no wrong way to enter it, but make sure to enter it. Lots of people do techniques but make no effort to change their state and thus they end up spending 9+ months with little to no results and they end up wondering why but the answer is always simple. Their beliefs have not changed and returning to a state makes it eventually natural which means the beliefs acquired to even be in that state also become natural to you, thus, the 3D reflection changes! Keep it up!

It can give ocd. Just chill out and know accept. Overnight affirmations if you need to but yukk the constant affirmations are horrid

I usually use Affirmations to counteract negative thoughts or negative thought loops, what do you think about that?-
