Thx J man - u are simply the only guy on u tube that actually bothers continuing his hockey videos through initial subscription gathering to continuing to and help our young hockey hopefuls with excellent content each week. Great efforts and work dude.
Thanks Wallace, I'm always thinking about videos I can make that will provide a tonne of value to hockey players and the community. I make a video here and there that is just for entertainment, but these are the ones I get really excited about making, even if they take a lot more time and might not get as many views.
hey Jeremy, great video! it's good to see Jim in action again and recognising his drills and camp. To those who are still considering, I make can vouch for Jim; he's a great coach with a great work ethic and taught me a hell of a lot. when I first went to his camp, I could literally only skate forwards and sort of backwards. Now I referee under 18 and u20 games. Also Jeremy, on a random side note, have you considered using a gimbal system? I'm not saying your videos are bad or shaky, because they're a lot clearer than anything I could film, but I just think a 3 axis stabilisation system would make your on ice videos super super clear. I think they even have gimbals designed for smartphone use now. Just a suggestion :) Can't wait for Max Ivanov's video!
Thanks, the camera I use on the ice has a floating lens which helps a little. I try to travel light with my gear. I do have a gimbal for my cell phone and I've used it in a few videos.
Grown ass man here started skating 3 months ago. People seem surprised when i mention that, saying im doing good but i dont see it that way got a long way to go
On my recreational summer inline hockey team there's a bunch of adults who have only played a short time. The most important thing is to remember to have fun, you'll learn way faster while having fun. Huge part of why kids learn so fast, they keep doing stuff all day. Keep pushing yourself!
I spoke with them a while back and featured one of their videos but the day it went up they asked for me to remove it. They wanted to keep all their content on their own channel. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Kid in white at 9:04 is in no way doing it properly. Learn the good habits straight away dont be like that kid and use only what you are used to doing.

1:24, this has to be the most elite piece of information, but said so the basic hockey player would understand, what an amazing teacher.

Hi personally love your channel but I would like to see some positional videos to help with that if at all possible. Thanks
Have you taken a look at Sean Walker (itrain) ?

Good video
Jeremy is the man, . . . er coach. He has my vote to replace Grapes when he retires.
