I fiddled around with the controls, and it seems the menu/C is linked to BACKSPACE. So if you link BACKSPACE to a button, you can get the menu to pop up. But just for a split second. Not enough time to do anything. I'll edit this if I can figure out how to get it working. EDIT 1: If you switch to the keyboard, and repetitively hit backspace and then 6, you can open the item menu. To access call and stat you can repetitively hit down and backspace. And then once you're on the option you want, hit backspace and six. You can get to the keyboard by simply swiping left. And right for the gamepad.

Also Mega is for extra storage on your phone, if you sign up for it you can get 50 free gb. Also I still don't know how to get the menu and never plan on finding out.
Appel Flap did u not see you have to put the notifications of gamepad then when your in it click it so u have it dude if it doesn't work do it again and take of the game and then get it

+Rainbowpaw 9000 (foxyfan9000) that isn't a virus, it's you're virus software picking it up as a virus due to the tools required to remove DRM etc. anytime you download a game on Android or PC that has been modified for you to use as "free" it will trigger this
So I think I figured it out: controls: Button A: Select (duh) Button B: Skip text Button X: ....I don't know yet. D pad: Move around (duh) And it turns out that if you press A and Y at the SAME time, it should pull up the menu. It doesn't always work right away, but it seems to work for me. And in case you missed it, (in the settings) set Button A to 6, Button X to 7, Button Y to Backspace, and Button B to 9.
Gregory Mirabella it does the same thing for me as well, but sometimes if you press it at the EXACT same time as y it will (usually) work. sorry if this didnt help, but I guess some people just can't open the menu. but like I said, it doesn't always work right away.

If you're one split second off, it won't work, and sometimes it just doesn't work anyway, but if you just spam it a bunch, it will work by selecting something before it can disappear. to save your game, you have to get to a save point, or one of those star things, when your close to it click A, click save, then whenever you restart the game, the intro should play, and after the intro you should get the ability to either continue or reset. if you choose continue, it will bring you back to the save point that you left off at. if this doesent work, email me at dpit7263@gmail.com and i will give you some other options.
The guy that made this tutorial said he is pissed that people have been handing out the application. There is a simple fix around the menu (which I happen to know) but he refuses to give any more information about this project.

Seth Russell you first have to do what he says about the game pad, make sure that's fine. Turn on notifications, type numbers on the thing, and it SHOULD work

What error are you getting specifically? If it's a Parse error, then that means your phone can't install the game because it's too outdated. From what I know, you need to be running Android KitKat and above to install Undertale.
I love how i first watched a video that was 14 minutes and did not work for shit but this video is just perfect probably the only one that actually works. So i'll sub and like the video :)
It stops working when you switch the keyboard back to the default phone keyboard. To use it again: 1. go to Apps in settings, choose Gamepad and Force Stop it. 2. Now turn Gamepad app again and change Current Input Method to gamepad in step 2 and test gamepad (step 3). 3. Open Undertale and click the notification to use the pad once more! Good luck
Thanks for the tutorial, but I just want to say that it came up with several notifications telling me that the file could harm my device... just a heads up but I tested it out on one of my older devices and it does work!

For those that want to acces the MENU I have a solution. Switch A to BACKSPACE, B to 6, X to 7 and Y to 9. When you enter UT and press A the menu shows for 1 second. Tap A and quickly B. And that's how you can acces your inventory. Hope it helped.

Mega is for extra storage just in case if you don't have enough storage to download undertale.
