I am a reenactor and it is being on. The field and hearing cannons and gunfire that make you see the elephant
It does, pard! Any chance you are going to Gettysburg this summer? I'll\we'll be at both events.
Yes actually I am 13 and the 31st Virginia will be there
It's so good to see my old Bunkie. How are you Bill?
Hey Pard. I'll pass your message along to the SGT, he is doing well and we(the group) got lots if visiting in at this event. There's always a place for you, Steve, on the piece .. pay back in the 1860 was as you recall $13 month.
@@1stminnsharpshooters341 I'd love to be there but England is a long way away and $13 a month won't go very far LOL
I do miss re-enacting. There are several units over here that have asked me to join but it just isn't the same. They talk funny over here. LOL
do you ever use actual projectiles with the 12 pounders or are they just salute?
HH primary blanks with NO projectiles - a cannon ball can travel 1.5 miles. We do live fire the Battery's 2 rifled parrot cannon and this is quite a site to see ua-cam.com/video/7vwy4JD-CT0/v-deo.html
@@1stminnsharpshooters341 any plans on Indiana stops this summer?
Do you charge people for shooting the Gatling.?
This event is at a public gun show, Our group uses this as both fun and a fundraiser we do charge (for shoot'en the gatling and pulling the lanyard on the cannon. Fun to do either and if you don't want the expense fun to watch.
going to check out your Viking Channel pard!
@@1stminnsharpshooters341 it's only used to show a friend in England my new stuff. And for some reason other people follow it lol
