Watched hit man yesterday and it’s a ten out of ten and it’s a masterpiece plus from the scenes to the storyline it’s underrated and the plot twists are remarkable and Glen Powell nailed it from the script to his acting style of different personalities and it was mind blowing

      Really???
I wonder if we watched the same movie.
I watched Hitman yesterday too buying into the hype.
And I absolutely was bored to death.
There's absolutely nothing in the story. The intensity starts off at a 5/10 and never escalates. It remains so diluted till the very end.
Glen Powell is a charming man. He was born that way . But I always wanted someone else to turn up everytime the camera was on him for a long time . Something about him just doesn't intrigue me.
Unlike someone like Christian Bale or a Matt Damon who would've shined in this movie during their younger days (even now), Powell was absolutely lukewarm for me.
The only person I was remotely interested in was Adria. She had that spark in her albeit the limited role which kept me from turning it off throughout the run-time.
As It ended, I struggled to come up with one reason why this movie was any better than a dozen other lesser known movies that slip under the radar!
I did not understand the hype .
      Sorry

There was no surprising plot twist. Everything was pretty clear from the first .
And all those characters Glenn Powell played were mere caricatures.
It was just a guy wearing a certain dress and mimicking another person for 20 seconds each.
I don't if that qualifies as 'outstanding'.
I guess I wanted a more serious take.
It felt like a half hearted attempt at a very serious situation/ story.
Glen Powell never stopped being Glen Powell and it felt very surface level to me.

This is the best movie in my life. We can't explain why we like or dislike something. Instead we just make up reasons for that. However, this is my favorite in every detail.

Richard Linklater is the greatest living movie director hands down (ok along Scorsese, Tarantino, James Cameron, but still...)

They're cute and should be a couple in real life. I don't know if they are in other relationships or whatever - who cares. These two have super sexy chemistry, just sayin' 🌶🌶

I really like the first half and really did not like the ending after all the reveals. Alot of cool Ideas but it just didnt stick the landing for me.

I don't get the hype about movie... It was not that good. It was ok, i guess. Adria was a bomb in this that for sure.
