Huge NCAA football programs have stadiums that are WAY older than NFL stadiums and they somehow don't need a new stadium every 20-25 years. This whole thing is an absolute scam, TAX PAYER money should NOT fund a private business. NFL and Tepper are insanely rich, they can pay for it. Tepper is the worst owner in the NFL and MLS.
