I'm 31 now, and I'll tell you one of the best mindsets for a man to have is understanding that small amounts of progress compound over time. We play the long game.
Social media makes guys think they have to be millionares in their 20s, or jacked after 1 year of training.
I've met millionares in real life. Most of them are business owners or retired investors who are well into their 50s and 60s. (Even they are considered rare as most peope in the age group make 70k tops.)
I've been in the gym for over a decade. Never got called "jacked" until I was in my mid 20s.
**Just focus on gaining financial stability, and general fitness when you are young.**
Small wins add up year after year. There will be many setbacks in life. We just have to learn from those to grow.
Also learn how to be alone (it's the only way to find yourself) until you can put yourself around positive people moving in the same direction.
We attract who we are. If we don't like our current network, it's because we have more work to do on ourselves.
