Since we're hyped for the upcoming movie of Makoto Shinkai, I decided to share
This man is freakin talented, made his first animation and even color it all by himself, RESPECT TO THIS MAN

This man's a genius.
You can really see that kimi no na wa was a coming together of the best parts of his last films (the animation (garden of words), emotional scenes and music and overal story telling ability) and something new which concluded to his best film to date in my opinion. He really did do the best he could at that time, can't wait for the next one
Protect this man at all costs
About the part that revolves around Japanese pronouns, i'm wanting to study Japanese but never really committed but i did understand that part in the movie (watched sub) which really made me laugh.
A real talented guy is in the video. BTW I come from school and stare outside the window only if there are stars

can we just appreciate this man, this movie is the combination of his experience and the product is a masterpiece. From the plot, the characters, the song everything, Not gonna lie this movie is more better than the end game...

I love such people, with talent and passion for what they do. He not only makes movies, but also writes their literary adaptations himself, although he could hire someone to do it. However, I think that Makoto Shinkai's greatest value lies not in his commitment and artistic mastery, but in the fact that he is simply a good, decent person. Because I cannot imagine that someone who does not have goodness within, would be able to create such a beautiful, moving story.
