Rangers wont challenge Celtic for the foreseeable future,Celtic have 3 times Rangers turnover,competent directors,a far far superior playing squad and a top level manager & staff. The main level of income comes from the Champions League,only one team qualifies which means Rangers have to win the league & finish above Celtic to do this and there is simply no way that will happen.
