@@LukeWoodWillan Seems they have a little insight into what's going on. Try and keep the same people around you. Mental health services can be a bit shit without a decent worker relationship. Stick with it man.

Have you every considered there might not be anything wrong with you? People experience traumas and difficulties, if these concerns are valid, so are your feelings regards them.
If you identify a issue with yourself you can focus yourself on it. You are the best person to affect change on yourself.
If you are told your behaviour is problematic but you do not identify with the issue or see a problem, there is no issue. It's a them / societal issue.
You do not have to conform. You are allowed to think differently ( everyone thinks differently ). Only change what you want to change, forget about others judgements. It is ok to be misunderstood.

@@OJASCKI thanks for your comment, I have considered that, it's nice I'm starting to learn different parts of myself and why I am the way I am, the way I am and what's caused it, it's helping me to understand more about myself and feel more comfortable and knowing my limits/boundaries at least for the time being, it's nice to have because for my whole life until now I've worried because I couldn't do things others could do, but now I have a reason for that, and the reason gives so much insight and answers that I'm very grateful for, I don't see it as an issue, I'm not worried as much, if at all about moving forward, there's a lot to pray into and work on but I've got time. God bless

@@OJASCKI the diagnosis describe exactly the things I've been struggling with but haven't been able to put into words, it's nice to have the clarity and it's a sigh of relief, like I don't have to figure it out on my own, and hopefully people I talk to in person will be more understanding with me and stop trying to control my life, I.e getting me to work lol, I need time to figure things out. I feel like I'm learning about parts of me I've kept hidden and now I'm learning who I am, at least right now, God bless

@@LukeWoodWillan who doesn't enjoy clarity! :D it's the same eureka moment scientist feel. the ringing of truth.
most people do not analysis themselves at all. whatever anybody says to you, you know you better than they know themselves.
forget meeting other peoples goals. you set the goals then enjoy achieving them. as long as you survive, your good.
i have my own religious beliefs. what part does god play in your life?

@OJASCKI thankyou, God is my father, and he can be yours too, we were created but man fell through sin, Jesus brings the connection with God back and we can spend every moment with him, being guided by him and speaking with him how we were created to be. I recently felt a tiny amount of the life and peace of God and I realize he is the father I always needed, his word feeds the Soul, I have bible videos if you want to look into it, I have a playlist of the book of proverbs and I pray through that too, what are your beliefs?
