This video encouraged me to buy this Russell & Hobbs accent toaster and it's really bad. It only remembers last used toasting level for a few minutes. After that it reverts back to number 4. So basically you have to remember to check and adjust this setting every time you make a toast or you don't get your toast how you like it. That really sucks.
I have the large two slice bagel toaster from Breville and this is the second one I threw I. The trash. The electronics and internal heating elements don’t work after a year of using. Won’t be buying Breville toasters again.
