Great information for making a voodoo run. Maby voodoo will be embarrassed that someone else had to step in and make there guns work and put some r and d in there own mags. Lol Great content Josh.
I use a JKL magazine loader on my Vudoo, it has 100% prevented a rim-lock issue, best 6 bucks I have spent. I just use the polymer vudoo mags. I did use a one time application of Dupont non stick dry lube on my three mags, it is not greasy, my mags that occasionally bound up fed much smoother. I do believe, like anything, using the mags will hopefully cause them to run smoother and smoother, that is my opinion, I shoot lead round nose, I have never had the opportunity to shoot any Eley
I’m genuinely curious how those guys got around the Vudoo patents. I’ve got revisions to the eley ammo cases and the ammo cases in general. The new cases the insert is completely interchangeable so someone can buy an insert for different ammo instead of a whole new case. Also I have a design for just eley trays instead of the whole box that slightly elevates the rounds to make them easier to grab.
I love my l3i mags . That’s all I run now . Had to do a little sanding on the sides for my xlr where they fit to tight but after adjusting they run flawlessly

I’ve had very little problems broth my Vudoo mags. They are flawless 99% of the time. But there is alway that one time in the middle of a stage when it might just jam. It’s usually because I did not pay attention when loading the mag. Do the l3i mags need to be loaded in any particular way or can you just jam them in with out a worry
How exactly does the posi-track rear end on a Plymouth work? It just does! No but on a serious note we invested countless hours analyzing malfunctions in multiple rimfire setups and adjusted our feed geometry and magazine fitment to minimize the chance of failure. I know its a generic answer but we really want to protect our IP.
I had so many issues with the early 360……got everything resolved and then Traded to a buddy for a centerfire barreled action. Gen 1 Vudoo action is where it’s at….. 😜
What is the barrel length on that Foundation Vudoo? I have a gen 1 V22 in a manners but have foundations for my other rifles. I want to swap over eventually.
This is probably a stupid question but why does it take an aftermarket company to make the VuDoo feed properly? This seems like something you would sort out when you make and sell an action, no?
Eh its half vudoo and half not. Every chassis is slightly different and 700 clone rimfire magazines locate via the chassis. An adjustsble mag catch is the best way to ensure good fitment. I do believe vudoo is working on a magazine now to resolve the issue
Because eagle eye shooting got into a voodoo and found I believe he said 6 or 7 problems with it, I am like you if you pay that much for a rifle and it doesn't feed I would tell everyone in the world about it I have 3 457s and I will grantee I can beat that shooting with either one of these rifles. When you pay that much for a rifle you would expect to be flawless.,but every one has problems out.of these rifles and people still keep buying them.,not me like I said have 3 cz457 target rifles and I have never had any problems out of neither one of them, and they will outshoot that.

Hey David. So take out your bolt and wipe out your action area. Use regular gun oil on the bolt body but apply grease to the lugs. Use that process and shoot it. There is some wearing in of the coating of the bolt that will happen over time and it should slick right up. Every time ive bought a vudoo or any rimfire ive cleaned it, used that method, and the action always feels much better after ive done it.
