I watched the old silent movie "Hells Hinges" with this as the soundtrack backing...It worked out awesomely! enjoyed it immensely. These guys are great live!
The steel woods have got their groove back after Rowdy’s death. The new lead guitarist has his own style but evokes some of rowdy’s best playing including the swells and bends. The tele is a simple instrument but when you know your way around it, it’s a monster guitar. Watch some Prince videos. I also like that the new lead guitarist sings harmony. I’ve only seen them once since rowdy’s death but this show is proof that they’ve achieved a comeback. They’ll never be a huge act, but goddamn they rock like hell.

I was listening to what i have always thought was country music of the likes of Luke Combs and Chris lane then in their comment section someone suggested #steelwoods i am nolonger the same...this is the real and original-like country music...the others are "computerised"
