The Coast Guard PATFORSWA out of Bahrain already does that. The have cutters in the Med, Persian Gulf, Arabian Gulf and Africa and airborne marine teams forward deployed to northern Africa. Its a daly duty, been going on for 20 years now. A good chunk of your video are Coasties.
