- I got a text from a buddy of mine saying the ocean was flat calm and asking if I wanted to go fishing. Who am I to say no to fishing?! Off we went, into the ocean on his boat and had a GREAT action packed day fishing. We caught a lot of shorts, but did manage a keeper and bonus keeper flounder too.

I enjoy going out there and catching Triggerfish. Every time we spend a week in town, we typically take one day and do an inshore trip to fish the wrecks.
What bait do you use for them?

Maybe the first few was the same fish 😂 Seas were really calm, unfortunately I would still get sea sick (motion sickness) I'll have to fish with my feet on the pier or sand lol! Thanks for the video! 2 days away from being there!

This was super fun to watch - loved seeing all the OC sights on the way in and the way out !! That’s neat you know where the owner of seacrets house is - love that place - would loved to have seen it more up close but it wasn’t the reason for the trip so I get it. The fishing was amazing and you guys were really catching a lot - which makes the trip so much more fun. The shot of Ashley on the way out she looked a little chilly but I’m sure it got warmer as it got later. Great action with the fishing and glad you got some keepers. Can’t wait for the next video !!

Love the fishing videos and the day was beautiful, looked more like a lake than the ocean for how calm the waters were. Was wondering about the shore there behind the Cambria, is that public fishing? Yeah, behind the Cambria is agood spot to fish. It's all public too, the only problem is parking, because there isn't anywhere to park. The Cambria is cracking down on fishermen parking there.

Never made it....life got waaaay too busy. By the time we had a break in our schedule it was just about over. I'm bummed too because that's one of my favorite events. From the videos and pictures it looked awesome!!
I'm confused I watched a minute of a boardwalk video last nite said 2 days old big ferris wheel wasn't there only wheel was on pier. This video shows 2 wheels ?
I think the videos werefilmed about 2 weeks apart, they set up the new ferris wheel pretty quick.
Have you done any videos fishing in the canal there in ocean pines. We are getting a beach house there right on the water and was kind of wondering what we can expect to catch
There's nothing really in those canals. You may get some crabs in the fall, but it's mostly bait fish and small spot.

9th st, 3rd st, the inlet and near the 50 Bridge are all good spots. Flounder, croaker, spot, bluefish, stripers are all biting. Fishing is in full swing. If you catch anything, let me know. Good luck!

Update on the old Phillips I did some snooping around and found out the company went under bankruptcy I heard this from a friend who used to work their after the fire they never truly fixed it all the way the group who owned it filed for a loan to fix the building they where denied they started work on it and ran out of money they filed for chap 11 bankruptcy the company who owned it called it a total loss and the future is uncertaint for the building
That's crazy because they also own Fast Eddie's. They are working on the apartments now, so who knows what's going on.
