This stands as still the best artistic end credit scene in the MCU. The transitions between characters, the symbolic movements representing the dueling parties. I rewatched this recently and was just smiling, because this imho was the moment the MCU got serious and transcended "comic book movie" status.

This one credits scene is still my favourite MCU footage/graphic design sequence ever made. Deceptively simple and incredibly impactful. Really took me by surprise when I first saw it since big action films almost always go for pure spectacle over more refined technique.
8 years later this is still one of the BEST movies i've ever seen and definitely the best mcu movie, it had a great balance of seriousness, action and comedy and it didn't overdo it like most other marvel movies
This movie was top notch and arguably the best work to come from the MCU, but damn whoever animated the credits needs a raise. Simple, but complex, with powerful imagery littered throughout. That graphic of bucky would make an absolutely fire poster.
The heroic horn section, where Chris Evans' name appears give me chills, every time. Oh, and best MCU film, ever. The completion doesn't even come close.

If this movie could shit, that shit would would be better than any of the Disney+ Marvel shows. No one should ever mention this movie and them in the same sentence. Hell, no one should mention any post Endgame Marvel movies in the same sentence as this movie. Marvel MCU has fallen off a cliff after Endgame.
This was the MCU at it's peak because TWS was really just doing it's own thing and succeeded better than any other. The ensemble cast films succeeding is a given. This was a breakthrough.
I couldn't watch it in theaters also, but somehow my local theater enlisted this movie for a limited time I believe 4 years ago. I took my wife to watch it, very few people went, but I remember during the highway fight, everybody was on the edge of their seats!! (They even stopped grabbing popcorn or sipping their drinks). Good memories.
I LOVED seeing the marvel characters in a grittier, more realistic setting. Seeing how the writers took children’s comic book stories and adapted them into a more grounded world. Where the Avengers were more so extraordinary people in an ordinary world, rather than the ordinary people being the ones out of place in a wacky magical alien mess.

I love the silhouettes being animated so much since they're clearly drawn to emulate plenty of Marvel's comic book artists. Any comic book fan can recognize Jim Steranko's style at 0:47 - 00:55 and 1:14 - 1:17

As an illustration & animation student who's still in the process of defining their own style, I find all MCU end credits to be totally inspiring! But I really really love this one in particular! This one, the CG sculpt one from AoU and all the cool "purpleness" of the Black Panther one I can honestly say that I adore! :D

I don't care that Johansson is/was a bigger name and got second billing. As for the removing the other actors names I explain this in the description, the only names left are those with an animated character, exception is Stan Lee, because who would dare to remove his name?

This movie had it all! Great cast, chemistry, best ending credits and theme, suspense, fight scenes. Best MCU to date! I feel like Cap and Black Widow's chemistry was more realistic than Black Widow and Hulk's chemistry. I also prefer Winter Soldiers ruthlessness in this one vs (Post Winter Soldier) Bucky's nerfed character.

These films were best when they successfully mixed genres. Christopher Nolan pulled it off in 'The Dark Knight' - which was a cross between an Alfred Hitchcock thriller - and a 'superhero' film. 'Winter Soldier' was another such triumph, where a James Bond level spy thriller was blended with a 'superhero' film. Alas, it's too bad this genre can't pull this type of movie making more often. They're works worth reviewing again - and again.
Iron Man is an action Sci-fi. Guardians of the Galaxy is a space adventure. Thor is a fantasy. The Incredible Hulk is an action thriller. Captain America: The First Avenger is a war film. It happens more often than you think.
Epic heroic theme. Still remember going to see it with my son and feeling stoked when we left the cinema.
