They are hugely popular in mainland Europe. Who needs commercial success? Ok they could do with being financially compensted for being the best kept secret in the music industry. In the UK anyway. I love his dancing and he's hot. Edith Bowman iis is a lucky woman.

as a male dude, 26 meanwhile, i just can say: I LOVE Tom Smith for his physically expressions while singing. If u ask me, i'd say he dont plays a role for the band or is impaired by whatever, he just shows what h feels while singing and also have fun on stage. Watch them live!

Tom's voice. Tom's moves. Tom's style and this whole band.
I'm so proud of the way these guys keeps standing in the indie/alt stream, they proprl a natural rush of energy and strength, they write music with passion and it's the same passion shared in the vibes that make you feel astounded. This is a song I can't easily define because 80s electronic vibes combine thoroughly with rock elements. In a specific way the first minute lets you imagine the 80s styles, close enough to Depeche Mode, but right one minute later it becomes more aggressive and rock-based. Tom's voice caps off the masterpiece we're arguing about, just the use of his initial strong voice makes me think that he's actually as brave and devotes as at the start of their career, longevity keeps in; so he'll not get out of such a breathtaking path that easily. I don't care about those who complain about their ongoing style and the changes they set during their evolution. It's widely known and admittable that a band's sound gets newer features during the process, after issuing the debut album you eagerly concentrate on your qualities and the way you want to be assessed as. They reckoned they had to cope with a chunk of rebel listeners, those who bash you as soon as your dynamic gets different or whenever the perspectives of the band members go through a new direction apparently not knowing why. What else? Never turn down the efforts of such a commendable band! You'll be impressed by the way they entertain the public, so my tip to you is to attend one of their magical gigs at least once, they'll cheer you up, you'll no repent.

Fantastic, so pleased the song sounds so similar to the live version we've been hearing for so long. Tom Smith has never looked cooler and more fucking awesome than he looks in this video. Long live Editors!
Pure class as always from the these lads. I played all their albums in chronological order last night, an amazing soundtrack which embodies all the feelings and emotions, good times and bad I've felt since 2004.

Last singer with that kind of mesmerising capacity was Ian Curtis, but luckily Tom doesn't have the same problems. What you see there is pure musical passion, and most importantly, confidence!. Just a flick of the wrist, and he can convey so much emotion. Worth a million Justin Timberlakes, Biebers or anyone else you could mention. He's a good looking guy, but a beautiful dancer!

MUSIC LOVER I can honestly see why theyd say this is underrated though. The song is pretty good, yet hardly any people know about it, and it hasn’t ended up on any charts whatsoever. It’s all a matter of opinion though.

The video's is so good that it made me truly appreciate the song... And Tom has the most to do with that... he is absolutely genuine, expressive and artistic, one can hardly take his/her eyes off him. One of the most charismatic front-persons of today's rock music (apart from his lovely baritone and huge talent).

Having been a fan from the very early days (blood etc) and seeing them live multiple times, I really like this tune. Has many layers too it and has that rift that brings you in. Will be a banger live.

Love it. They hooked me in 2005 - Tom's passion was something I hadn't seen in a long time. But they lost me at Papillion. Show I've seen in 2013 was the worst. I thought this band was going to break. But then in 2017: their live-show was so fucking spectacular. Tom's singing, power and stageperformance. Loved every second of it. Bono should take notes. They are one of the greatest rockbands of today.

Old Editors were rock though right? I personally prefer their synth stuff however. Cuttings II and In This Light And On This Evening are amazing. In Dream was awesome too.
