I hope they get rid of forcing this onto linked forms. Editing the tables or any part of the sheet prevents any form submissions to show up, and re-linking the sheet automatically deletes any data or formatting on the sheet. Worst bug ever, I hope they either revert this or at least let us opt out of it completely.
not that I've seen yet, no. you could do a sum adjacent to or under the table or maybe create a pivot table to get totals or subs? I also have had success connecting tables to looker studio as a data source and then using that for metrics display when I'm doing any kind of dashboard-type analysis. I'm a big fan of looker for that (lookerstudio.google.com). Tables is getting there, but still a bit to go. If you are a Gemini user in workspace, I have seen indications that there is soon coming the ability to use side-panel to generate charts and analytics inline in Sheets using Gemini?
