I have (just upgraded) to a Sapphire 85 and I am using my majestic Hope I tried to lock the point where I want the design to match up but some how I am not hitting the right buttons to lock the one point in so my question is which button locks it in is it number one or number two is it when turns red or when it’s blue thank you🙏🏻
Hi, Grace, I hate to admit this, but I've never used the majestic hoop. Here's a video from our friends at Heirloom Creations on how to use it. If this doesn't help, let me know and I'll contact the Viking folks for some help. Maybe I should get one and try it out. :-)
Excellent video. Thank you. One question - my large magnetic hoop for Viking does not look like that and also I notice you are not using any magnets. Is this a newer hoop that has ruler markings and magnets built on to the top piece?
Hi, Darlene, No, this hoop is made by a different company called dime. The magnet is the green rim that goes all the way around and comes with ruler stickers you can put on it.
