They failed massively at this location. If they'd only just gone down to the beach they would have had plenty of recoveries to film. There's sections of the beach less than 2km from where they are that will swallow a 4wd to it's headlights & there's a few rusted chassis in the surf line to serve as warning.
Great to see you filming in WA. Try going down South to the Yeagerup Sand Dunes then cross over the Warren River on the beach heading to Calcup Hill ( also known as the Widow Maker) 👍
Camels were brought here in the 1800's to cross the deserts. The Navaras were brought here so camels had something to look at while the were crossing the deserts. We export camels to Saudi now. Not Navaras.
The easiest and best way in the sand is to make the (tire pressure PSi) 15PSI, and the car will run easily and without damage to the engine and gearbox, in the long run.
Looks like you come across the worst examples of 4WDrivers in W.A. , please except my apologies . I'm not referring to the 2WD buggies though . The tourists trying to drive in sand with 2WDs are just plain stupid :-)
@@TheSkskitey I understand what you were saying. Nah mate. This is a designated offroad area. That means you are legally allowed to go there in almost anything with a motor & go to town as long as the vehicle is registered for full road or offroad use. So 4wds, dirt bikes, quads, buggies etc are all fine & doing huge jumps, doughies & pretty much anything else is absolutely fine & legal as long as you use some common sense & don't endanger other people.
