I was so happy seeing Uganda constructing more flyovers. I wish them all the best😊Please Dolphine say hi to our Ugandan brother. Tell him thank you for visiting our country
Waambie bana, Nairobi is really coming up at a very fast speed I've been to ATL several times and i definitely know what you talking about. Nairobi is so similar to ATL.
Except ATL freeways are much bigger and a lot more congested. I WISH the freeway's here in Atlanta was as free as the Nairobi Expressway. Even the toll express lanes get backed up.
I was among the very first guys who got to know this guy, ug connect, from his early videos where he was interviewing Indians. He has been my favorite always 🇸🇸
Wow... Nairobi has changed a lot in 12 years!😮 I have mixed feelings about the changes. Hopefully it brings a better quality of life for Kenyans but it shouldn't come at a cost to the natural environment (fauna and flora)
Great video about Nairobi Expressway. Combined with the Thika Super Highway, Nairobi is definitely not on the same page with Kampala. ARE WE EVEN IN THE SAME BOOK? My UG Connect friend felt exactly the same way I did when I first visited Nairobi back in 2015. Me I was taken to Thika Super Highway. By the way, you should do a combined video of the two roads - probably a drive from JKIA to Thika would be superb. Do it and thank me later.
If only they gave this much love to the underpass road of the Nairobi Expressway & other roads in the country, because everyone should have this level of comfort on the road.
Thika road, southern by pass, langata road actually most roads are clean and good in Kenya. The underpass isn't so bad they are clearing the debris from construction of the express way not as fast as they should have though.
@@damarisambia1154 True but Kenya should be so much beyond that, a proper national & international road system. Connecting neighboring counties & then ones connecting to other countries, especially in East Africa. A numbering system & names of streets & not the typical "Kenol-Muranga" road situation.
@@FluteCheerios I appreciated Kenya road network when i went to north Eastern. Roads are smooth from border to border the former leaders did good with road networks .
Other roads in Kenya are equally good. The roads in my village from bumala all the way to port Victoria in Busia County are tarmacked, very smooth and no potholes.
@Hendrica Oduba I'm aware there are others, but there are still places that lack those standard roads, & not just basic tarmac, but alternative routes for traffic Jams. A major road Mai Mahiu is STILL a major problem. There is nothing wrong with wanting better.

Wow 🤩. Let me put this way. Kenya has potential to do better than this. All politicians in Africa now days they have been told build the infrastructure and the peoples will love you. Offcourse for those who doesn’t question anything will cheer that very much. Beautiful roads are good for transportation and establishment ok. The most important is to create some enough worthwhile Jobs for our youth. If I have a good paying job I will be able purchase a car which I can drive in those roads. Until now politicians are using tax money to construct roads, rail’s, ect jut not Industry which would be more efficient. Look what Ruand is doing. They not busy planting skyscrapers and flyover only. Ruanda has managed to convinced Germany to Produce in East Africa. Kenya need to rethink her policy and the way of governing the country. We need Jobs. Thanks for sharing 💚🍀

From my experience in both countries, Kenya is worlds ahead of UG. Indeed there's no comparison because not very far after leaving Entebbe airport we started to encounter potholes and several either discomforts.
A rich man does not mind the way he dress, he never mind if he is wearing a old cloth, He is always after his goals. Try to Google how many awards did Kenya win this year compare to Uganda. So we are always after winning... That's why they always say Uganda is moving forward, but y'all can't understand. So be wise
They have a negative attitude towards it... it was historically used by authorities, especially the police and military to communicate when brutalizing civilians.
The reasons for that is that the government in Uganda was started in buganda and baganda people and the first government was introduced by the king of buganda who made the Luganda language country wide and easy to communicate while doing business ..when the whites came to central Uganda where the most baganda people lived ,they were shocked to find a well organized community in Uganda with an anthem , laws , king ,and more so they had to just build on that already found to establish there rule in Uganda..that's why the Swahili language is less or even not spoken in Uganda coz there was already an established government by that time ..but even today Swahili is not dominant in Uganda coz of the well established many strong tribes in the country
Good vibes only, I honestly enjoyed the ride on this magnificent engineering marvel in Kenya. Yes I thought I was abroad 😂😂
