MARC P931 with refurbished bi level cars + AMAZING horn action

Got wind of a special move from MARC bringing overhauled bi-level cars to DC. The train was shoved by GP39 #74 and was absolutely flying, plus the engineer was absolutely wailing on the horn to boot.

Its fast not super fast nice GP39 locomotives.. I heard they suppose rebuild those GP39
