I love this aircraft with all my heart. I'm primarily a sim player and absolutely rip and tear, every game. 7+ kills on 1 or 2 deaths is my average sim match with it. Gun-pods included.
Thanks for uploading these tips. I got teamed with your squad 3 times in a row today while flying my G6, and chat is unavailable. This was the first tutorial vid I watched some months ago, and now my winrate with this plane is at 64%
Dude you deserve much more subscribers than this. These videos are so great and your skills make them even better although I read that the climb speed should be 240 Kph with WEP
I usually climb high near area with big dogfights. When I see a distracted enemy, I dive down until I'm 100m apart and open fire, then climb out, repeat or join the fight.
So, what does vert. convergence do? I read somewhere on forums it was a unrealistic setup as it would put the cannons looking a bit upwards or something along the lines( so I have mine deactivated), but, I still don't have a clear idea on what it does.
well, vert convergence is actually a better setup as it converges at the same distance you set the convergence to (for example) 400 meters it does have some drop but it means the 13mms converge with the 20mms.
Regular convergence directly points the guns themselves at the same point. Vertical convergence aims the guns such that the ballistic arc of their rounds all strike the same point in space out in front of the aircraft. Vertical convergence can help aim the rounds if some of the guns are mounted above others on the aircraft, and/or have different bullet velocities, as the rounds naturally land at different heights. But vertical convergence is distinctly NOT recommended, as it only helps with firing from a certain range when the aircraft is perfectly level. At closer or further ranges than the convergence is set to, the altered firing arc of the guns will mess up your aim, and when the aircraft is upside-down, the "helpful" ballistic adjustments are reversed.
What angle were u climbing on? Is the camo a user skin?
The speed you should hold while climbing is listed towards the start of the video and the link to the skin is in the description.

That kill sound is therapeutic, I miss it already...

indeeed!
I prefer the k4 (more challenging enemies) but I will always have a place for the 109 that got me good at 109‘s
damn, bro was in the luftwaffe
tough fights against those aircraft, nice offensive and defensive plays too
Use air targets on the 20, that belt is OP.
100% yeah. More minen per belt than the others.
The two dislikes are the f4 and xp 55
arnt they both better?

Good fight. Voice over would be a lot nicer so we can focus on the fight and not have to read. Other than that, awesome job 🫡
Nice video!
Best WW2 fighter of its era!

Out of curiosity, do you calculate the climb speeds yourself or do you get them from somewhere?
Both. I usually try to bias my results towards the historical speeds because my tests aren't the most thorough.
@@Renta352 I see. Thanks.
How do you make the swastika??
you're a bloody good pilot, but if i were you i'd check my aim :)))
I did notice that in the thumbnail there is the swastika on your tail?
It's probably a user skin, Other players cant see it.
Some vehicles in game do have censored swastikas, Like on the tail of Bf109 B1
