Had one of these. Mine was orange. Side wouldn’t open. Would staple. Only grabbed the tape one every 10 clicks. Trying to find the green one.

J'ai reçu ma pince à lier et je ne peux pas m'en servir le ruban ne tient pas dans et les agrafes ne sortent pas et aucune réponse à mes demandes de coordonnées où la renvoyer je ne sais plus quoi faire.

Vérifiez soigneusement les pinces de liage. Cela doit fonctionner. Vous avez probablement des agrafes coincées à l'intérieur. Le groupe ne comprend pas pourquoi il ne rentre pas? I think you are not doing it right when using the tape stapler. You probably did not insert the tape corectly.
