- This is a great, 2-minute, passing drill to work those legs! Constant movement with 1-touch passing throughout. Except, take a second touch on the back cone. Challenge your partner by making quick passes. But of course, set them up for success by the weight and accuracy of your passes. If there are bobbles, can you kill them and keep going?
