I went to a French cooking school in New York City and worked in the industry for my career. What I learned, has stayed with me all my days. It’s great to know the basic skills as you can then tackle any cuisine. You also had a great time with the group because everyone shares your passion for cooking. I’ve done cooking courses with friends/family - it IS so much fun! You’ve been doing a great job with vlogmas! I went to Mango in France and I saw all the items you recommended and felt like you were shopping with me 😁!
12: 37 Yummy! This is going to be delicious. Yo Alex! Thank you very much for sharing this video with us, Have a great day. By the way, That kitchen is very beautiful, It's an amazing place to cook.
Sorry Alex, loved your video (all of your ones really) but did not like the cookery farm itself at all. The cows looked too cramped to me in one place and babies separated away from their mother crying to be with them. Also kind of showed that the cows live a deprived life of space (but they didn’t end up in a frying pan - rationale - produce veals and dairy?), separated kids meters away (crying) who end up slaughtered and in the frying pan that you just showed us with the veal dish. As an animal lover, how did that place sit with you?
These are dairy cows, not beef cows. I also showed venison, which is not from a cow it’s from a deer. Young calves are separated and fed milk so that the milk can be taken from the mothers. I’m not a vegan and do drink dairy milk so can’t really comment negatively on that without being hypocritical. The cows have plenty of fields to roam freely from Spring to Winter. It is common practice in farming to bring the cows in for the worst of the weather months during winter because the grass is not good enough during that time to sufficiently sustain them. It’s not that way 24/7 😊
Babies and children cry when Mothers drop them off at nursery and school. If you went by your logic you would ban human Mothers ever leaving their children and closing down all nurseries and schools. It’s clear you have a lot of empathy which is such a great trait to have ❤️. Hoping my analogy makes you understand the farming industry a bit more with an open mind.
