Hey Skit, just to remind you that: The reason why Maxentius and his men spawn closer to the bridge is because in real life, Maxentius built and held the bridge. Hence why it makes sense for them to spawn closer to it, so its not based off gameplay but on historical accuracy.

Bleeding Blades and Blood and Iron are quite similar. Both have the one guy who t bags and screams “ez”. Both have those people who try to command everybody else because they’re officer. Both have people who try to make a shield wall in Bleeding Blades, or a Line Battle in Blood and Iron. To be honest, with another BAI like game, when I get bored of BAI, I’ll just play this.
@@valkkyrriee nope officers are mostly thrash noobs. you need to realise a footman may have less drip but deals a little more damage for eg. an officer will deal 20 dmg unless buffed by hero/bannerman but a doorman deals 21 to 23 (with regular spear) and deals 27 dmg when buffed (with spear)
no i have something to disprove this me and my team basically made A GIANT shield wall at thermopylae and was HELLA effective because my server was cultured and not filled with tbaggers and 9 yr olds
I am the guy that tries to command everyone, while not being an Officer, and in the Siege of Halicarnassus sometimes I am one of the few who are not Officers
The banner guy actually gives an attack speed buff and officer gives an attack buff but they can't get the buff and it's only on the bridge for some reason if I remember. Also if you kill someone who surrendered, you actually lose a kill now.
I think the rounds feel longer because they last longer. In B&I the rounds usually finish within a few minutes. Plus in B&I if you die early you still usually have a lot going on when spectating. In this game you just kind see boring to watch fun to play fights and 1v1s
this game is pretty good, one thing to note about the light infantry when i played is that although they only have a axe/sword and shield they can pick up dropped primary weapons which can make them more versatile.
One thing i noticed in the Battle of Thermopylae is that when both the Spartans and the Persians rush through the ravine when the battle begins, the persians get bodied by the Spartans 96% of the time and pushed out of the ravine in no time, by the time they reach the end of the ravine the spartans should have a very few men left, because the main force went through the ravine and a smaller force was left in charge of facing the Persians head on to buy them some time so they wouldn't get flanked AND to have lower ammounts of enemies to disembowel. Although this strategy is commonly used by both sides, i think the Spartans win the ravine clash most of the time simply because they're way too motivated or the enemy has some skill issues / doesn't even try.
and just like in blood and iron sappers just camp at spawn and build a 'base' and heal every single wall that is being attacked and just make the round drag on until its either over or they die.

i think i am a tactical genius at this game. i got the heroes gamepass and was maxentius so apparently everyone followed my command. so. some men formed a semicircle around the bridge while others charged. those charging would retreat, and the enemy would charge. they got funneled and crushed. even when people stopped following my order i still managed to take out like 9-10 guys by myself. they werent all together but it was like groups of 3-4 and i was one hit away from death. i dont know how i did it.

The game is good but for me the siege map gets boring too often with it being milked by every player in the server so the 4th time the map is picked I end up leaving
Blood and iron is inspired by mount and blade Napoleonic wars, while bleeding blades is inspired by mount and blade bannerlord. I can see a clear difference in terms of gameplay.
You can store 7 Javelins at most, but this matters less if they use the Javelin supply on the Siege towers. I remember seeing one of them turn the other into a Hedgehog once
This game must be praised simply fir having a good meele system I mean do you realise how shit default roblo meele is? I could write an essay about it but I'll simply it No dodge, no block Thats all you need to fucking know
The game fell out once they nerfed everything good and removed sappers on certain maps for the attacking team, but i guess "MUH ACCURACY AND HISTORICUAL FUACTS" is more important than the players having fun, unless if 12 year old sweatlords are demanding something so the game is unfair , which i guess when they actually add things.

normally the officers are actually good but half the people are retarded and can’t even stay as a group in stead going to the opposite side of the map
