How to get "Robbie's Machine Lubricant" - Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity

I’ve always struggled with Robbie’s Maintenance Oils. I need them but kind of just get them without knowing how I did it. It’s a really slow inefficient way of getting them but I can’t find any information on how your supposed to get them.
