When we go camping we cook the snapper in tin foil with parchment paper so it doesn't stick .add your lemon slice inside and on top, salt , butter and drizzle abit of oil and wrap it up in the foil so it infuses the flavors . The fish cooks evenly and it doesn't burn and you don't have to turn it over . Can't wait to see the cooking video.
Save your paper bag to start your charcoal chimney. Just a couple of strips crumpled into the bottom part will light all of the charcoal in your new chimney that your friend gave you. That's what I've been doing for the 20+ years I've had my chimney. 😊

Take all you can get at this point my meals are planned around sales. I'm thankful to have a wide variety whereas some people are picky and have to take the price to the chest.

Eating and drinking healthier can be more expensive, but if you get what you enjoy and you feel better in the long run, those extra dollars are worth it. I never had flat iron steak until a few years ago. I can't wait to see how you fix it. I'm good at grilling most steaks, but not that one.

A great inexpensive meal is a good old egg salad sandwich! You can add some Chips on the side and a beverage just wanted to suggest something different, Inexpensive easy and new to try!

Anthony, what do you keep your car fridge settings on? I have a problem with mine freezing everything. It is a spilt model (fridge/ freezer, however I mainly want it as a fridge. I’m still looking for the perfect setting to keep food cold, but not frozen. Thanks!
Mine is currently set at 29 F. This is still too cold to prevent fresh fruits and veggies from freezing. Any other FOA know of a good setting to prevent food from freezing. Thanks so much!
You can also season your meat with mustard and or mustard seeds along with the W sauce. And you can season meant with Soy Sauce. As well as other seasonings like garlic powder, onion powder, cumin etc.

Anthony, we make spinach salads often. Spinach, walnuts or pecans, strawberries or blue berries or dried cranberries or raisins (or a combination or other similar items) and the dressing is always Raspberry Walnut dressing. We have even treated ourselves to a bed of lettuce, some halves of grilled fresh peaches, nuts and the dressing. Cheers.

I know they looked at me funny when whole chicken was 99 cents a pound and I bought 8 of them.
I keep an eye on the reduced shelf in the meat and veggie aisle, even 30% off is a good catch. Otherwise meat is off the menu for now anyway.
And a few of them to freeze,put in the cupboard.....stock uo on the sales
