It's instructive that the old man said a Yoruba man served him as manager for many years and exhibited a high degree of honesty and integrity, but his own son has been the direct opposite. I hope those who have been stomping the earth foul-tonguing people of other tribes are watching. I still hold that it is only those who have nothing meaningful to contribute to Nigeria that make issues of out of tribal sentiments. I don't agree, the man who registered the business is somehow dubious too. They both agreed to change who the major shareholder of the business is and are now claiming that the father can no longer remember their agreement. I'm sure Chijioke defaulted in giving him his own cut and also pressure from everyone that's why he had to bring the guy to court.

That was my thought too. The judge just didn't want to complicate the issue. They should have dug more into that. I suspected the guy that registered the company has a shady deal with the son but the son disappointed him too. There is no dementia that won't make the father raise alarm if he sees 80% going to his son and 10% to his wife.
Can you hear how the guy that registered the company kept emphasizing 1.6m Naira the son is making every week? They had a deal that boomerang.

I happened upon this channel a couple of days ago. I've had several emotions stir up watching the compassion of the judge. I'm black American and have a new respect for Nigerians which is good thing because I had a few unfavorable experiences with African people who live here in the states.
This episode is heart wrenching. For this father to feel like his son is taking advantage of him because he thought he would be dead by now has got to be the worse feeling of any human especially a parent.
Never mix business with pleasure. Make everything legal no sentiment whether black or white even your relation as you can see. Money is a big issue with hidden greedy souls.
We still have good African. With good spirit and conduct. Its just that the bad ones always overshadow the good ones with their evil.

I also suspect the guy that registered the business. The question is how did they come up with the distribution of that share. I guess both of them have an agreement that the son didn't fulfill. 80% shares to one person was not a mistake. It was a deliberate act. The guy was claiming the old man has dementia. I don't buy into that.
No na. The guy was not part of the registration. He only guided them. Chijioke was the one who allocated the shares. The guy only gave them the form to fill after helping them with the registration process. It's not his fault. Chijioke refused to give the form to the father to sign if not the father would have spotted the shares sharing. How can he be the one to fill the form when he is not part of the company. Chijioke changed everything overnight.

This is simple and anyone with analytical thinking should clock in on what is really happening here. The guy on the left and the son both connived to play the Father, they agreed on a sharing ratio, The son got greedy and did not keep to the game and everything fell apart. finally, I would try not to be morbid by using strong terminologies but YEESSS! a big part of the endgame was depending on nature to "handle" the father but nature wasn't having any of it.
In all I really do hope the son does not do something stupid, if you know what I mean.
