So true. My ACE score was 7. At the age of 8 years old, I developed inflammation and autoimmune disease in my body and was diagnosed with arthritis. And because the "bear" was home every day, my health deteriorated very quickly, and I was diagnosed with RA and degenerative arthritis. Other symptoms accompanied by depression, headaches, migraines, occasional panic attacks, and indigestion, to name a few. More than have of my life, my body was falling apart.
