My blood sugars were running close to 200 and I wasn't able to get them down. But today my blood sugar was 92. I couldn't believe it and had to retake it. I started the same day as Bill and his journey inspires me everyday. I can't even begin on how much my health has turned around and my blood work is amazing. I can go on forever on what was wrong with me but I don't have time. Lol I feel better than ever and it's a miracle. Keep up the good work my Carnivore Twin!
Hi Shannon 😊 I just got the results from my blood work. I’ll do a full update in my next video, but my triglycerides in the past were always over 200, now there 109 😳 And my A1C is 5.4
I also haven't left my house except for Dr's appointments in nearly 5yrs!I came across Bill's video about a month ago. Ive tried every diet, been vegan, vegetarian pescatarian, low fat etc, etc, etc..im 63 yrs old, 5 ft 3 and weigh 280 pounds. I have type 2 diabetes and arthritis, also have spinal stenosis and degenerative disk disease. I literally live in a prison of my own making and I want out!After a serious conversation with my husband,we have come to an agreement for me to start the carnivore diet for at least 60 days.We have not started yet but plan to start November 1st. I'm not even caring about the weight but the inflammation I have. It's hell being in pain 24/7 and this is my why!

Go ahead and weigh in today and take some measurements….start with stopping sugar …you will see drops across the board for this month!!!

I am touched by this story. I can relate in a way because oh yes carnivore do cry. I spent over 10 years in my bed totally depressed and did not what to see anyone. I am not a beautiful woman and was 50 lbs overweight. I went out only if I really had to (groceries) and always came back crying about money. Even now I am better but when I watch YT videos with big steaks I become sad and cry. I never told this before but I dare now. Keep going Bill.
Thank you for your courage. I can't afford those thick steaks either. I do eat beef but much thinner cuts. Bacon helps me a lot. In fact I feel the very best when there is bacon in my meal.
I can’t afford rib-eyes either, but Walmart has grass fed ground beef for cheaper than regular ground beef. I’ve added eggs and cheese to it and it’s yummy! Eggs are cheap again and you can use ground pork, too. You’ll spend less on groceries because you won’t buy so much other stuff. Give it a try, I’m just starting!❤

Day 68 eating just meat. I didn't cut out beer (few 12oz bottles) occasionally on weekend. Lost 30lbs and went from size 36 to 34. 34 is starting to be loose so I will need new pants soon!

I like how Emma said when Bill gets better...not thinner. We've all been living in the dark and need to get better as in healed from the sickness and obsession with carbs and sugar. Today was a bad day for me as there is too much candy at my worksite. I didn't eat much, but as Bill and Kerry always say, "You can't do poison in moderation." Now I have the headache that always comes from sugar/carbs. When will I learn that poor food choices never pay off later???

I told him that if he watched 10% of the videos I watched and did a bunch of research he'd be on board also. They just don't have the information that you have. 12:19 Kerry, did that bus driver tell you his name? I'm very curious about him. I hope he actually started the carnivore way of eating. I noticed that he never mentioned beef or even steaks. He mentioned animals that are not ruminant. So if he started, I hope he's eating basically cow and lamb because chicken and pork are mainly Omega 6 which causes inflammation if eating too much. Some is okay once in a while but if that's all he eats, that's not good. 😧 I'm praying for that bus driver. 🙏🏽

Started 2nd August on Carnivore, not 100% but at about 90% Carnivore, still fighting some demons! Lost 28lb so far, these videos kick me on and give me the encouragement to go further! Tomorrow is a new day and I’m going to start lion to boost this further, off my medication for acid reflux and I stopped snoring! My sleep has improved no end🎉 thanks Kerry for giving me the knowledge to fight on! I’m in the UK and if I can help in any way for the Carnivore movie, I’m willing and ready to go.

Jen, I feel your pain with the knife flicking! My husband got into balisongs, but was so bad in the beginning he’d fling it and lose his grip on it and the blade would coming flying towards feet. I got so mad, more times than I’d like to admit. I want to keep my toes thank you! 😂
Gosh, this hits me hard. My dad isn't quite Bill's size, but he's a biiig boy and has had a really hard life, of which his weight is just one element. I want my dad to be healthy and happy so much, at least for a short while before he leaves this earth. I'm going to start carnivore, too, soon, as my health isn't good, either. Almost 40 with (I think, because I'm undiagnosed... too poor to go to the doctor) fibromyalgia, pre-hypertension, GI problems, arthritic problems, decades of eating mostly vegetarian. I've done so much research over the last couple weeks about carnivore and am absolutely sold that it's right. Please pray for my dad, Tom, and pray for me.
I truly think you visiting him, in-person, gave him willpower to truly do what he knew he needed to do. Meeting in person, at least for me, is what would give me true motivation knowing someone came to visit me in-person, as a friend, who cares. He saved his own life, you also saved his life. You guys are so amazing! I’m 3 months carnivore, and after being on Armour Thyroid for Hashimotos for years, my thyroid tested normal. NORMAL! It had been damaged from irradiated iodine back when my oldest son was born, 26 years ago! I had dropped the meds when I first tried carnivore, and I wanted to make sure I was ok… but being carnivore has completely fixed my thyroid-as well as a host of other things. I’ve lost four inches around the ribs, and I’m guessing my visceral fat has decreased. My hypoglycemia is gone, and I have lost two family members to diabetes. I used to think I needed carbs to cope with my hypoglycemia, but stopping the carbs ended it entirely! But most importantly, I had stopped being able to do my usual musical thing because my eyesight had decreased too much to read music for my harp, but it is better! I’m not back to 20/10, but I can see well enough to read harp music on my music stand again!

Hello Dianne, I'm a 69 year old man who has a long terrible history with lymes. For over 20 years I suffered through extreme exaustion, severe headaches, bells palsey along with a long list of neurological symptoms, severe insomnia, stroke like symptoms, arthritis, depression, inability to think properly, memory lapses. Antibiotics stopped working. I thought I was going to die and saw that almost as relief. Much more but I don't want this to be too long. I am mostly carnivore now and ALL, I repeat ALL, my symptoms are gone. I hope this can help and inspire you. I've heard of others with similar results. You CAN get better. Good luck!

Started 2nd August on Carnivore, not 100% but at about 90% Carnivore, still fighting some demons! Lost 28lb so far, these videos kick me on and give me the encouragement to go further! Tomorrow is a new day and I’m going to start lion to boost this further, off my medication for acid reflux and I stopped snoring! My sleep has improved no end🎉 thanks Kerry for giving me the knowledge to fight on! I’m in the UK and if I can help in any way for the Carnivore movie, I’m willing and ready to go.

Jen, I feel your pain with the knife flicking! My husband got into balisongs, but was so bad in the beginning he’d fling it and lose his grip on it and the blade would coming flying towards feet. I got so mad, more times than I’d like to admit. I want to keep my toes thank you! 😂

Gosh, this hits me hard. My dad isn't quite Bill's size, but he's a biiig boy and has had a really hard life, of which his weight is just one element. I want my dad to be healthy and happy so much, at least for a short while before he leaves this earth. I'm going to start carnivore, too, soon, as my health isn't good, either. Almost 40 with (I think, because I'm undiagnosed... too poor to go to the doctor) fibromyalgia, pre-hypertension, GI problems, arthritic problems, decades of eating mostly vegetarian. I've done so much research over the last couple weeks about carnivore and am absolutely sold that it's right. Please pray for my dad, Tom, and pray for me.

You guys are so amazing! I’m 3 months carnivore, and after being on Armour Thyroid for Hashimotos for years, my thyroid tested normal. NORMAL! It had been damaged from irradiated iodine back when my oldest son was born, 26 years ago! I had dropped the meds when I first tried carnivore, and I wanted to make sure I was ok… but being carnivore has completely fixed my thyroid-as well as a host of other things. I’ve lost four inches around the ribs, and I’m guessing my visceral fat has decreased. My hypoglycemia is gone, and I have lost two family members to diabetes. I used to think I needed carbs to cope with my hypoglycemia, but stopping the carbs ended it entirely!
But most importantly, I had stopped being able to do my usual musical thing because my eyesight had decreased too much to read music for my harp, but it is better! I’m not back to 20/10, but I can see well enough to read harp music on my music stand again!

I'm a 69 year old man who has a long terrible history with lymes. For over 20 years I suffered through extreme exaustion, severe headaches, bells palsey along with a long list of neurological symptoms, severe insomnia, stroke like symptoms, arthritis, depression, inability to think properly, memory lapses. Antibiotics stopped working. I thought I was going to die and saw that almost as relief. Much more but I don't want this to be too long. I am mostly carnivore now and ALL, I repeat ALL, my symptoms are gone. I hope this can help and inspire you. I've heard of others with similar results. You CAN get better. Good luck!
