Every game I ask if they made any changes to the halftime show and no one ever replies. Then when I get the game they of course haven’t. I’m guess not, but fingers crossed.
The one thing that erks me about new animations is that you tend to get sucked into them, and they can take too long to come out of. Like in Madden 24, if you sack the QB and the ball comes out, your player will be stuck in this animation on the ground and won't attempt to make an attempt to grab the ball. Same with trying to make a tackle, you get stuck in this blocking animation. Some blocking animations you never get out of even after the ball carrier is 20 yards up the field. The lineman will block you, push you out the way, and you'll get sucked back into a blocking animation again with that same lineman until the whistle blows.
Animations are codes. It’s not real physics to react like the logic in your head. When a sack animation is triggered, the animation has to complete the code before the animation ends. The fumble doesn’t mean the animation stops midway through the code. The code still has to finish. Hence why your player doesn’t react to the ball. It’s still going through the code on that animation.
@@TommyflamStudios it doesn’t happen because you need to code it to stop and that breaks the game. Every time they try to patch something, they break something else. So EA refuses to fix it. They just code the same thing over and over. The logic in your head when you see the ball fumble, is to stop and jump on it. But the sack animation doesn’t stop midway because the code is to make a sack animation. That’s how stupid coding is.
So glad they put more broadcasters in. It’s nice to have a change once in a while. For the next CF game Gus Johnson should broadcast he’s such a legend!

I'll play both. College FB is challenging because any team can be good. Better crowd, audience pulse, challenges are in the game. It's making me want to play career mode now. The last time I played career mode in a football game was Madden 12

Madden sounds good every year, until we find out isn’t. And I am high on madden every year. If this game doesn’t get at least an 8-10 on metacritic, it has failed.
I just dont understand why madden 04 had create a play where you can draw in the routes but madden 25 doesn't. Instead they give you custom stem which is cool but if its like college football you barely get time to do so and sometimes doesnt even work cause the crowd. If you want realistic that's not realistic what is realistic is have a play creator as the coaches know the crowd would be hard to hear. Also throw in hand signals that's realistic
Honestly it’s perfect the way it is, now that you can adjust how deep you want your routes you have so much control. Madden is a lot more slower so you have more than enough time to construct a play from scratch.
Hey Eric any chance you can look into doing a college football 25 video explaining how the sliders work rather turning them down actually makes them better or worse. For example I thought by turning fumbles down on the slider would cause less fumbles. It’s actually the opposite so I turned it up. Just very confused on the other sliders as well. Thanks 🙏🏽
One thing I've been looking for the last 20 years is the ability to create my own plays (like we could do Madden 04) and the ability to set individual man to man matchups (like NFL 2K5 and Madden around that time) those are basic features that would really appeal to real football fans but I guess MUT rules the day
I'd like for them to add specific presentations in gameplay mode such as SNF, MNF, NFC/AFC Conference game just like you're able to choose the Super Bowl presentation

Any news on if they will still have the Superstar KO Super Bowl Run mode? It was really the only way to play 2v2 or 3v3 outside of MUT. Plus I’d rather play with the actual team instead of a MUT team where we were always outmatched in terms of player ratings

Is the gameplay basically CFB 25 with NFL teams? If so, that’s actually fine with me because I’m loving CFB
they need to fix the helmet stripes for cfb 25 and madden. the stripes should not be on top of the helmet rather than clipping over the helmet.
