- Hello everybody and welcome back to City Bus Manager!
It's time for our weekly visit to Tarvin where today we're going to be focussing on expanding our operation around Wrexham. In the last episode we finally managed to do some research to expand Westbound, so let's take a look at the areas we've unlocked.
A bus route from Wrexham up towards Shotton seems like a great idea. Connecting the little towns en route with plenty of buildings seems a great money maker, as well as getting us ever closer to that all important "coverage" goal!

Hello Joe, couple of things, First, route 122, You have stopped on a duel carriageway just outside of Aston the North Wales Expressway, can’t really pick up passengers on a 70 😅, 2nd, off you Expand West you should unlock Buckley, and then South you should unlock Rhosllanerchrugog, very much a mouth full to pronounce 😅

A little tip, when there is a temporary fuel increase, set the auto refuelling to 20%. This will largely avoid purchasing the expensive fuel (as the remote depots will have to pay the higher rate). Once the fuel is back to a more sensible price, return the auto refuelling to where you originally set it.
There are two solutions for your vehicle shortage in Wrexham (since you have no money to purchase a new vehicle). A short term one, just run the missing 120 with a spare vehicle from Tarvin depot for this one rota. The longer term one, is just to permanently transfer a spare bus to Wrexham from another depot.
You can put things in the garage like a tire thing and a workbench and the busses will be repaired faster not Mutch but it will go faster
in shift schedules, click settings & adjust the shift length so buses arent coming back to the depot, means less buses are used
Just a tip for when you're starting a new save. If you click sandbox, you can customize your save meaning you can have a £500,00 starting save if you want. I'd recommend it as if you put everything to what it would be like normally and then make the area of operation to large so then you can get extra tiles.
Oh but sandbox means you unlock everything way too early, I quite like the progression side of the game with goals :D
Catching up on this series as I’ve missed a couple of weeks, I love watching Joe wondering why he recognises all of the place names whilst making a bus route which is essentially mirroring the borderlands railway line on TFW 😂

I've just had a massive headache with the additional bus on charters. I've found ordering the additional about 30 mins before the due start time tends to work out ok. Bit more micro-managing.
It's a right farce isn't it. I might consider simply refusing all charter work, though it does spice things up a bit... What to do... haha :D

Hawarden airport (airbus) is just a few miles outside of the town. The "Airbus UK" football team play not far from there in Broughton

I love this game but one thing I hate is how it handles one way roads and roundabouts. I wish there was an option to ignore roads being one way if it can't show them as being one way.
That cancer hospital is Clatterbridge hospital and the Clatterbridge cancer centre, please do a bus there thay goes via Bromborough as i have been using that to get to my appointments and still go there for my ongoing treatment 🙏🙏

Hi Joe! i watch all your vids half the time and id like to add my comment by saying can you add a route 9 starting at Wrexham going through chester and then finishing at tarvin can you put that route in but uses Streetlites and Enviro 400's please do it , cherrio! -Dylan
