When working alone, which is most of the time, I do pages using a laptop. That way I can use a remote and keep my finger on the page button and press it when it's time for the next page. Even though scrolling is common there is a chance of losing your place because the text is alway in another position on the screen. So if there is a reason to look away, maybe to make it look like you are thinking before answering, your eyes can come back to the same place on the screen. Whatever way you do it, do it in a way that is most comfortable for the person on camera. This is a very good video!
