The problem is ScFi is very expensive, And TV executives hate it, Why spend millions in SFX and sets when reality TV costs next to nothing.

@@dogwalker666 well yes, but if a new series were to be commissioned THEN it may well be in cgi, and even good cgi is shite for ‘live action` purposes IMO. I am not even considering reality tv show, however, that would likely be a different type of producer who would generally work in that sector and not touch drama or sci-fi.
