      Pero I don't think it will work because board ID won't match.

    Is this the only way to fix error 9?

    • @RepairLab
      @RepairLab  6 років тому

      todesto if the error is due to eeprom and cpu communication then it has to be done this way or by reballing cpu.

    How the hell can you fix a phone by removing part of a chip like that! ?

    • @RepairLab
      @RepairLab  6 років тому

      The part of the chip (ram on top of the cpu) that has been removed is only ground which allow us to dig deep and restore the loose connections between cpu and eeprom.

    • @FdaApprvd
      @FdaApprvd 6 років тому

      RepairLab yeah but aren't you cutting lines to ground from the chip. I don't understand

    • @RepairLab
      @RepairLab  6 років тому

      Yes I do, but ground is shared so no big deal if you cut some lines. Does now make any sense?

    • @FdaApprvd
      @FdaApprvd 6 років тому

      RepairLab kinda, yeah. I'm teaching myself board repair and this one threw me for a loop. So far I suck but hopefully I'll get it.
