I love the parts flaw. I am calling it a parts flaw because I think someone decided to save 0.005c on every unit. I got a trinocular stereo microscope for my Christmas (2 weeks early) and bought a PS5 Disc Edition with faulty HDMI for less than half price and it cost about $6 to repair :D
Recommendation you can remove the other reproductions of the screen since they do not allow to appreciate the repair process well. otherwise excellent.
Hello 👋. Please I would appreciate a recommendation for a good nand programmer. I don’t know if you have heard of this i2c p14 pro. I don’t really know much about it if it can do the job. I would appreciate a suggestion

great video sir. uv lamp + heat at 200 Celsius will save time in curing that solder mask.

I'm also hear it's best to leave it laying down because the liquid metal on the chip will eventually go where gravity goes and cause overheating
Great idea 👍

Yes you need flux in every step of soldering. If your not using flux your not soldering.
@@iTechBoardRepairs ok but do I solder with flux or flux and wire? Sorry I’m a beginner
Yessir 🔥
Better then factory
Do you use low melt solder on the pads or a regular 60/40 type?
What kind of Flux do you use?

Obviously whoever ps5 this was they was jamming the hdmi cable in there it don't just mess up on its own
You’d be surprised on how often the console falls out of the cradle and gets damaged.
What's the cradle? The stand for it?
I see what the cradle is thanks for the advice I'm not using lbs

What the hell are people doing to the HDMI connection?!
So many vids on this type of repair.
SMDH
So many keep this thing vertical and don’t use the stand. It falls over and smokes the hdmi port.
Are you a Sony technician ???
