You should have tried this set on pet sorc, maybe HA pet sorc? Since a lot of heavy attack sets will be nerfed, this could replace them?
So close to being a good set for my lightning theme sorc, but without any crit chance, I don't know that it's worth using.
I suppose I still could, but not for any serious content.
This could be the only set that could be useful but i fear the damage is too weak with the proc chance. And if ZOS ever adds some kind of cooldown, the set is garbage.
I go stright crit chance asap with 2 light 4 medium on a kajiit its a spicy ammount of dps .
My thought if it has no cool-down you could stack a nice bit of AOE together to try and spam it?
As said if it’s cool downed it’s pretty trash.
Lightning form, flood, unstable wall, crit surge, force pulse + light attacks. Could be pretty cool.
I wonder if Illambris monster set triggers it too. If it could multiproc off this it could be fun

Stormed curse with tarnished nightmare and the monsters set storm fist is soo 👌👌👌 i use it on my stam sorc its so stupid they all proc together and are ampped by the passives like crazy.
Is it the best at DPS or is it just for sound effects and visuals.

I hate the sets in this game. The more I play the more annoyed I get.
Crit set + damage set is the only thing that is useful. Crit shouldn’t come from armor and damage sets should be focused around cool procs.
Instead all of the best shit is flat weapon and spell damage plus flat crit chance. So fucking boring. Make crit chance come from passives you earn by playing the game and leveling up. Make single lines of crit double or triple in value so you don’t need armor to only give crit. Make it so light armor and daggers aren’t the only weapons and armor that give crit chance so people don’t feel the need to always use these.
We used to have strong proc sets but they were a problem in PvP. Instead of separating the rules on this problem they just crapped on the burst sets and left us with crit sets. Honestly some of the proc sets are really cool, you will just never be META. You would be fine doing anything but trifecta and probably HM trials with it.
